Very stylish furnishings. Great view from the room. Very helpful staff. Reasonable price. Free wifi that worked easily. It is a big business hotel. |

Hotel charged my credit card 5 days before my arrival. I asked them the reason, they said "this is because hotel politics (!)". This politic is not mentioned on booking.com. So, be carefull while giving your credit card number or close it to mail order. It' s meaningless to check-out before even check-in to hotel ??? |

Staff were courteous and friendly, if not very efficient The hotel was part way through renovation (unbeknownst to us at booking) and many advertised features (gym, internet) were not available. The floors and elevators were filthy with building dust and construction noise started at ungodly hours and continued throughout the day. |

The new renovation of the rooms , and near to the exebition ground. in the cheking in , they had not informed about the amendment on the arrival time i have agreed with booking.com , so they have changed me to another room , for me it is small for the price they have charged me . I do not know whom falt is this you or the Radisson hotel ?? |

In room internet was not working. The bootom of the shower door was not well sealed so that water leaked all over the bathroom floor. |

The hotel staff gave us realy the impression that we were welcome.They made excuses for the nois during the day becouse of te reconstruction of the hotel. Tha staff was very helpfull. I prefere a good shower instead a bath within a shower. |

staff were helpful when i complained the web advert on via michelin talked about a free spa and gym. when i arrived the hotel was under refurbiushment with everythin unfinished. the gym and the spa were closed. there was alot of noise during the day. it was very disappointing and the web site should have been updated. |

The new decoration It was a hell of 3 days. I supposed to stay longer than planned in Hamburg and I could not bare the noises and the bad service and changed the hotel after 3 days.How come a 5 star hotel rent their rooms where the construction work starts at 8 in the morning and ends at 7 in the evening???I cannot understand. The first day there was no phone and no kettle in my room. I realised it in the evening of course. They told me it was to late to find a phone and kettle!!! How am I supposed to give order than. Everytime I want coffee I will go down to the lobby? No worth the money, doesnot even deserve 1 star!!!! |

Hotel staff is the best in Hamburg: they were very kind and keen to address all my needs, they asked twice a day if I needey any help and they called me by my name all the time. Great! To stay here is really like an holiday time! I disagree with the four stars classification of this hotel; this Radisson hotel deserves to be classified as a five stars. This is the only wrong thing. |

Modern design rooms, reception & restaurant areas only 2 lifts out of 6 were in operation, noise from 8am to 8pm, general feeling of 'a hotel under reconstruction'. |

the staff were very friendly and the renovated rooms were nicely done but the building work meant it was not comfortable to stay in the hotel The renovation work meant it was noisy and dirty in the corridor areas. In the room there was a lot of plaster on the windowsill which had come down from the buidling work above. The phone did not work and the wireless connection was very slow. |
