Radisson Blu Hotel, Hamburg

Convenient Location. Eventually, a lovely room. The food in the Italian restaurant was fantastic - though the service was poor.

No kettle in the room, we had to ring for hot water every time we wanted a drink - it only arrived approximately 1 in 3 times! We had to change rooms three times to eventually get what we booked - a twin no-smoking room.

Friendly young staff, quick service, fast lifts, clean rooms, good view, conveniently close to city centre. Absolutely great for attending a conference when it is cold and wet outside, you are already there!

There were facilities to make a cup of tea in the room but one had to bother staff to deliver hot water. Becuase the water came up in a teapot it was not really hot. But this is a minor thing.

Room was excellent and view from the 23rd floor spectacular, I enjoyed my stay thoroughly especially as the conference venue, and this was the purpose of my trip, was more or less in the hotel ...

I was a bit puzzled about how to empty the bath tub - the plug device defeated me - maybe some instructions in the bah would help - it seems that I am not the only one as when I mentioned this on the check out I was told that some guest had had the same problems

Very stylish furnishings. Great view from the room. Very helpful staff. Reasonable price. Free wifi that worked easily.

It is a big business hotel.

the nearby garden is great, it is only 7 min walk to shopping district

City view in business class rooms (16th floor +), although the posibility of viewing in other direction but the city center is big.

in the cheking in , they had not informed about the amendment on the arrival time i have agreed with booking.com , so they have changed me to another room , for me it is small for the price they have charged me . I do not know whom falt is this you or the Radisson hotel ??

In room internet was not working. The bootom of the shower door was not well sealed so that water leaked all over the bathroom floor.

staff were helpful when i complained

the web advert on via michelin talked about a free spa and gym. when i arrived the hotel was under refurbiushment with everythin unfinished. the gym and the spa were closed. there was alot of noise during the day. it was very disappointing and the web site should have been updated.

Hotel staff is the best in Hamburg: they were very kind and keen to address all my needs, they asked twice a day if I needey any help and they called me by my name all the time. Great! To stay here is really like an holiday time!

I disagree with the four stars classification of this hotel; this Radisson hotel deserves to be classified as a five stars. This is the only wrong thing.
