Ottimo, pulito, centrale. Bisogna solo prenotare con largo anticipo per scontare una tariffa buona: si va da 99 a 170 €. Cara la colazione ma basta non farla e passare per la stazione del metrò a 100 metri. |

La professonalità dello staff, la posizione dell'hotel. La nostra stanza era al 12°piano dalla quale era possibile vedere un panorama della città fantastico. L'hotel è stato per 6 mesi chiuso per un rinnovamento radicale, ha aperto da poco ma ancora ci sono lavori in corso che dovrebbero finire a breve. Per tale motivo non era in funzione il centro benessere e la piscina. |

The hotel has been recently renewed. It's really "stilish" and averything is really painstaking (when I was there in Hamburg was snowing and in the hall there was always someone cleaning the footprints!). The staff is really kind. Breakfast is expensive but really excellent (and it starts from 6.30am and ends at 2pm!).The position is really good as well: you can reach the city centre on foot in some minutes and there is also the S-Bahn station just outside the hotel. |

Convenient Location. Eventually, a lovely room. The food in the Italian restaurant was fantastic - though the service was poor. No kettle in the room, we had to ring for hot water every time we wanted a drink - it only arrived approximately 1 in 3 times! We had to change rooms three times to eventually get what we booked - a twin no-smoking room. |

Friendly young staff, quick service, fast lifts, clean rooms, good view, conveniently close to city centre. Absolutely great for attending a conference when it is cold and wet outside, you are already there! There were facilities to make a cup of tea in the room but one had to bother staff to deliver hot water. Becuase the water came up in a teapot it was not really hot. But this is a minor thing. |

Room was excellent and view from the 23rd floor spectacular, I enjoyed my stay thoroughly especially as the conference venue, and this was the purpose of my trip, was more or less in the hotel ... I was a bit puzzled about how to empty the bath tub - the plug device defeated me - maybe some instructions in the bah would help - it seems that I am not the only one as when I mentioned this on the check out I was told that some guest had had the same problems |

The Hotel was really well appointed and very comfortable. The staff very friendly and me and my partner really enjoyed our stay. I will be recommending it to any friends who might travel to Hamburg, also the location and rates are really good. |

Hotel charged my credit card 5 days before my arrival. I asked them the reason, they said "this is because hotel politics (!)". This politic is not mentioned on booking.com. So, be carefull while giving your credit card number or close it to mail order. It' s meaningless to check-out before even check-in to hotel ??? |

Staff were courteous and friendly, if not very efficient The hotel was part way through renovation (unbeknownst to us at booking) and many advertised features (gym, internet) were not available. The floors and elevators were filthy with building dust and construction noise started at ungodly hours and continued throughout the day. |

The new renovation of the rooms , and near to the exebition ground. in the cheking in , they had not informed about the amendment on the arrival time i have agreed with booking.com , so they have changed me to another room , for me it is small for the price they have charged me . I do not know whom falt is this you or the Radisson hotel ?? |

The hotel staff gave us realy the impression that we were welcome.They made excuses for the nois during the day becouse of te reconstruction of the hotel. Tha staff was very helpfull. I prefere a good shower instead a bath within a shower. |

staff were helpful when i complained the web advert on via michelin talked about a free spa and gym. when i arrived the hotel was under refurbiushment with everythin unfinished. the gym and the spa were closed. there was alot of noise during the day. it was very disappointing and the web site should have been updated. |
