Nothing! It was great!

Not enough water for drinking. Each person should at least get 1,5 litre. 2 small bottles for two are ridiculous. Not international style. The hotel seem not to care or doesn't know enough about health care.

It took quite a while to get the bill in the restaurant/bar

We were pleasantly surprised by the decor and design of the hotel considering the relatively cheap price. The staff, particularly those on reception and in the hotel bar, were very friendly and welcoming.

Only slight grip was check-out, where we had to queue with many others, some who were checking in. A "quick checkout" facility or kiosk might be better. It was a Sunday and was at 12 noon so no doubt one of their busiest times.

Everything was good! The room was of decent size and very clean. Service is excellent. The staff even congratulated me when they found out it was my birthday on the day of our arrival. The view of the city from the window is beautiful, so ask a floor above 10. And it's close to the city center (10 min walk) and to the airport (20-25 min taxi ride).

The bed was really good Very central The bathroom was very fine That is was possible to pull the blinds between the bedroom and the bathroom!!!!!!

I could hear the trains the hole Night, but that is my own fault as I have to sleep with an open window I also don't understand the construction with the window between the bedroom and the bathroom

The location.

Great view. I was pleasantly surprised to get a high floor to see the lake and rest of the city. I love the room's modern design. A lot of parking under the hotel.

Lovely location within easy reach of main attractions. Very helpful friendly staff. Nice hotel design and very comfortable beds and great that wifi is free.

Maybe staff on check in should mention the automated mini bar to avoid confusion.

Service in the restaurant was not always attentive

Not our first stay, but the high standards remain. The young man who checked us in was extremely professional. We both work in areas which demand the highest standards of customer care, and we received the attention we would expect.

-Location & views -Design, which was contemporary but also very homely -Staff were really friendly & helpful -We would definitely recommend it to our friends. -Not cheap but good value for the very high levels of quality & comfort -Great bed and great bathroom!

Can't think of anything to improve, other than it would be good if the sauna and steam room were open later.

The staff were very helpful and professional. The hotel is near the train station - so easy to get around Hamburg.

I was disappointed with the Hotel Radisson Blu. Our room was linked to the neighbouring room with a door - which was open when we arrived - after walking in on the neighbouring people. Once the door was shut we could still hear their TV, conversation and footsteps and continued to hear all their noise for the remainder of our stay. The internet kept dropping out - leading to losing emails etc. This was inconvenient to say the least. The breakfast selection was sufficient but the atmosphere was like a school camp. I will not be staying here agin.

Everything was great!

There's a nice spa but you have to pay a lot to get a massage (maybe one for free for each guest would be nice). The room was fulfilled with comforts but a bit small for the price, the view was amazing and the hotel it's right behind Hamburg-Dammtor train station and nearby Hamburg Mitte (the old center of the city).

The bar is extremely expensive (8 euro for a Martini???) and so is the breakfast (24 euro per person, you can get a great buffet breakfast in a café nearby for half the price). In the room you have to pay for everything: even in a 2-3 stars hotel you can have at leat a bottle of water and once, in the afternoon (which it was weird) someone tried to enter in our room... The room was already cleaned, I didn't get it. For the price you pay you should definetly have something more.

I had a very good hospitality treatment at the restaurant, comfortable room and efficient staffs at the reception. Expensive hotel, but good hotel.
