Staff was ok, and friendly. Good location and lots of places to eat around the area.

Couldn't turn off the fan for the air conditioner. Constant humming all night long. Recommend a swith to turn off or replace the motor as this unit made excessive noise.

Comfortable room, good size

Expensive breakfast. Very bad card system in the elevator (it was common to spend 3-4 minutes trying to get the reader to recognize your card). Slow checkout and most importantly, they were charging me 90 Euros extra, which finally was solved, but meant extra time and a bad feeling. Only one TV channel in English! (even Hotels in China offer more variety).

24 Euro's for breakfast is excessive, maid service was slap dash

Perfect location, comfortable rooms, reception and restaurant staff very friendly and efficient.

My room was not always cleaned properly, tea cups and glasses left dirty, no bath mat on one occasion, I requested extra towels, however the maid never replenished each day.

We love the location, but the number 1 for us is the staff. The staff have always been excellent and they do not change much from visit to visit.

The breakfast quality was very good. The location was comfortable with good restaurants nearby.

First of all, the hotel has no views to the river Rhine! That's a fraud. We stayed in a Business Class room. It had the worst bathroom design we have ever experienced! The shower was just a glass fully visible from the bed and the same with the toilet. There is no bathroom door, so you can hear and see everything! We were a couple, but if I was traveling with a partner I would just leave the hotel. Every day at the breakfast most tables were dirty and the staff was walking around pretending to work, but really doing nothing. Their English was quite bad, so our omelettes were arriving with different or no ingredients. Upon arrival we had to wait until 15:00 to check-in and they did not offer us the free wifi cause we had not checked in yet. Also, we stayed 3 nights and they never changed our sheets. Should had heard the other reviewers, I would not stay at this overpriced hotel again.

The hotel was very close to where I wanted to be. It was clean, nicely designed, roomservice was speedy. Breakfast was more than ample. I purely enjoyed and would happily stay there again.

We loved the location, although no harbour view, nice, new, Mr. Wang very helpful, great breakfast.

A glass wall separating bed and shower was some architect's folly and he/she should be made to live with this the rest of their life.

Quite modern-looking hotel with friendly staff and spacious & clean rooms. Excellent location close to the Harbour and a 15-20 minutes walk to the Old-Town center. You can always take a tram on the corner, near the Cinema, which takes you to Düsseldorf Hauptbahnhof. Breakfast and dinner at the hotel are ok & if wanted there are plenty of good alternatives within walking distance (nice restaurants, a bakery, coffee shop, bars, ...). Parking is available (around the corner) under the hotel.

De kamer was geweldig, design. Goed koffiezet apparaat met spulletjes. Heerlijk als je aankomt even bijkomen. Fijn hotel ivm de kerstmarkt in de Altstadt.

Very nice designed room, Clean and Luxury. We stayed in a "Business Class Double Room". Breakfast was very tasty and varied. Excellent location close to the Harbour. 20 minutes relaxing walk to the Old-Town center

Nice, modern hotel within the 'Media Harbor' neighbourhood. Friendly staff, well equipped rooms and very reasonable prices in the hotelbar. Plenty of nice restaurants, bars and clubs within walking distance and only 15 minutes by foot from the heart of the city.

Everything was very good the room is very nice large and comfortable , the bathroom shower was wonderful , rich breakfast , very nice friendly staff , the location near the river and short walking to old town

The taxi oust side should have a deal with one company or more I lost my case in one of the taxi they couldn't find to which company this taxi belong

Good location and fair service. All for business but also nice for city view trip.

Overall a good experience

Staff never replaced tea bags or left milk when cleaning room daily. I had to go downstairs to ask for more every day

The room was very good and clean. Hotel staff were friendly and accomodating but the langauage barrier was a small issue.
