The hotel offers international standards in a region which is still somewhat remote and isolated. The sumptuous breakfast buffet complies with all one expects for scandinavian tradition.

The hotel has apparently been designed and construed at the state of the art not long after reunification. By now, both the design and the state of the furniture and hardware already show signs of wear and tear. For example, there is still a bath tub with glass doors in the bathroom instead of a decent shower cabin. The cleanliness in my room was not as perfect as one would expect in a hotel of this category.

Very nice, spacious and comfortable rooms. Good breakfast. The staff are very polite and helpful. Highly recommended!

Perfect weekend at perfect location. We booked the Junior Suite with a wonderful view of the river. The Junior Suite is very spacious. There was also a free use of an Nespresso coffee maker in the room. For only additional € 3,50 we had breakfast on the room. What a treat!

To be just perfect 100% the old TV should be replaced by a modern flat screen TV.

Comfortable with fruendly helpfull staff.

The bar is good with knowledgable bar-tender but the area around the bar and the chairs are not at all comfortable - also one single relatively small T screen.

Room 270: very big, beautiful room. the batch is very big with shower and bath. Wifi works also in the room.

The car parking is too much expensive: 12.50 per day!

We used the hotel as stop-over. It was too short for such a good hotel.

Well decorated large size international hotel. In my opinion close to a 5 star hotel. Just around the corner to the pedestrian shopping area. Great breakfast. Nice and service minded personnel. Easily accessible by car. Parking in the basement.

Good central location. Easy to find by car and parking available for check- in. Very well presented room with good facilities. Staff all spoke English and were very friendly and helpful.

The staff of the hotel was very helpfull, baby bed waiting ready with proper baby bed clothes. On thebreakfast was yummt, even our picky twoyear old found sth yummy!

Restaurant hat leider gar nicht überzeugt. Sehr lange Wartezeiten und Fleischgerichte (Rindsfilet zu lange gebraten, Kalbfleisch nicht gut)

guter Service,gute Lage,Frühstück auf dem Zimmer,

bei den Getränken an der Bar fehlt das ansprechende Ambiente(pep)

Die Mitarbeiter der Reception waren in allen Belangen Klasse.
