La posizione molta comoda la centro di Rostock e la zona benessere al settimo piano con le vetrate con panoramica sull'ansa del fiume.

breakfast but nothing impressive

The Superior double room is just a Standard room plus a pair of bathrobe and slippers! The large double bed turned out to be a twin. Very cold room: only heating system available is by air condition (a bad joke in the middle of winter) Bathroom smelled like sewer. 15 year old TV. Worst 4stars hotel ever. Who gives these ratings? We chosed this hotel for his reputation but we'll never come back again. We stayed at 3stars hotels in Bergen or Barcelona and were more evolved.

Did not like the dubbelbed. Only160 cm.

The size and layout of the room. Its location next to Rostock's major shopping street.

The returned our laundry in the same dirty bags in which we have them after a 12 hour delay. We returned the laundry to be redone and it came back poorly ironed. But they still billed us the full price despite our conveying our dissatisfaction including the fact that we would have to redo some of the clothes we had given. This is unacceptable service.

Room was so big, easily they could fit 3-4 Paris or London rooms in that area... Location is just behind the main shopping street of Rostock. Staff were amazingly willing to help.

Location spot on, short walk to city centre walking streets - good restaurants and shops/department stores nearby. Best parking ever, spacious parking hall!

Free Internet, clean room & courteous staff

Hotel marking was inadequate and made it a little hard to find/distinguish

Das Personal im Frühstücksservice war jederzeit freundlich. Das Frühstücksangebot war reichhaltig und in guter Qualität.

Der Check in war einem 4 Sterne Hotel nicht angemessen. Die Parkkarte fürs Parkhaus wurde nur auf Nachfrage herausgegeben. Das für 6 Tage gebuchte Superior Zimmer hatte zwei zusammengeschobene, schmale Einzelbetten. Wir hatten bereits bei der Buchung angegeben, dass unsere kleine Tochter mit in dem Bett schlafen sollte, jeder weiß wie gut oder schlecht das mit zwei zusammengeschobenen Betten geht. Als dies bei der Rezeption angesprochen wurde, bot man uns allen Ernstes ein Downgrade zu einem Standardzimmer an – Frechheit bei einem Preis von über 1000 € für 6 Nächte. Die Bestellungsweitergabe an den Roomservice funktionierte auch nicht, eine Stunde nach Bestellungsaufgabe erfuhr ich auf Nachfrage, dass die Bestellung nicht einmal weitegegeben wurde, da wir angeblich darum gebeten hatten nichts aufs Zimmer zu buchen. Komisch jedoch, dass man sich daraufhin nicht selbst zurückmeldet und nachfragt!? Das Essen kam dann nach insgesamt 1,5 Stunden - eine Entschuldigung/ Entschädigung jedoch nicht. Für den Preis werde ich dieses Hotel garantiert nie wieder buchen. Der Zimmer Service hat während des Aufenthalts nicht einmal die Betten frisch bezogen.
