La terrazza sul Reno (una fascia di vigneti) ed il parco Hofgarten costituiscono una cintura verde intorno al centro città e vi invitano a delle piacevoli passeggiate. Una gita in barca sul Reno sarà un'esperienza speciale.

Bella la zona relax e la piscina, ubicazione comoda a metà strada tra la fiera ed il centro Letto matrimoniale estremamente piccolo. Il prezzo di listino della camera è esagerato. |

Abbiamo soggiornato poco in hotel, avendo visitato la città e la fiera che si svolgeva, ma riteniamo che la colazione è stata ottima e anche il servizi.Pensiamo che in futuro possa essere un punto di riferimento. I faretti non tutti funzionanti o mancanti. |

Staff were helpful. I had difficulty with the internet and they assisted. I adjusted the room temperature, but could not get it cool enough for sleeping. I did not discuss this with the staff. The taps on the shower were hard to adjust, and I think would be better designed if they were in a different location. I think the cost of the breakfast is absurd at 24Euros as this is the equivalent to almost $40Cdn. The breakfast for 2 was 48 Euros, and this really upset me. I would recomment this hotel, but only after checking out others. I booked on line and something happened and my cost was higher. |

The hotel was further away from the centre than a 10 minute walk as described. I thought that the interior of the hotel looked tired. There was nothing in particular but I don't believe I would choose to stay there again as it did not in my mind represent value for money and it was a taxi ride from the main station. |

The price of the room is about double what it is worth. The decoration was very poor, old and scruffy (pictures missing for example). Breakfast is always ridiculously expensive at all these hotels and they all take advantage during trade fair times. The room was incredibly hot and the staff unable to do anything about it! Air-conditioning only works if over 70 degrees outside. The towels in the bathroom were small, hard and unpleasant. The soap very poor quality and difficult to dispense. The hairdryer from the stone age. Very poor choice of tv channels. And, a major inconvenience - no safe deposit box in the room. This is not a hotel by modern standards. |

Good breakfast. We stayed in Business Class room only one night. But, we think, for such price this hotel is not worth of such money completely. Ironing facilities were broken; there were not bath in the room, only shower. And after taking shower with completely closed door the floor was fool of water. During the morning between 10.00 and 11.00 a staff knocked our door thrice for cleaning the room, like this man expected we had to immediately go out to corridor and wait there. |

Efficient and friendly staff. Not in the city centre but ok for transport links and taxi rank outside, short 10min ride into town. Clean hotel, limited choice on type of cuisine but good quality food on what is offered. |
