Facilities, comfort and quality of service and food. My reservation rate included a check out at 3pm. Housekeeping staff was bugging from 12pm onwards to make the room, calling, knocking door, and they even went into the room ! |

Older well maintained hotel with nice atmosphere, in the middle of downtown so convenient to shopping and business. In the 5 days there, could only log on to WIFI first 3 days and even then signal was weak and dropped off. Lost several completed emails as system not availble. Last 2 days not at all available. Desk gave cable but even then did not work - supposedly transferred to a new system but problems lasted too long. The 24€ breakfast was equal to others I have had for 8-10€ in other German hotels. |

Even though it was in a very busy part of town, my room was quiet and restful. Breakfast was excellent. |

The location was perfect. In the centre of the city and within walking distance of our conference. Beautiful original building with all the modern conveniences of a 5 star hotel. Wonderful staff, good food, really made our stay a very pleasent one. |

The size of the room was disappointing. The hotel was very run down with threadbare carpets and peeling paint on the windows. We paid 25 Euros for parking and discovered the next day that the car was parked on the street and covered in snow. |

The room is smaller than my expectation. No working desk is available. It is OK for just sleeping but might be desired wider space if you do some desk work. |

Its central location, staff efficiency at check in/out, room size & confort Some of the equipment could be more modern (crt tv to lcd, old elevator, etc.) |
