The breakfast, and other services were very good at the hotel. I was in room 408, and the wireless connectivity was extremely bad in the room. |

Handy for Exhibition Hall and restaurants. An individual, old-fashioned comfort, hotel. Needs updating, but original charm must not be lost. |

The room was nice and spacious. The breakfast variety and service was good. Carpet is smelly because it is a very old building. Not good for people with allergy. The bed sheets and towers smelled awful. |

We stayed there for our wedding and the hotel turned our stay into kind of a mini-honeymoon by giving us the nicest room in our category and generally being extremely attentive. |

Location, booking.com price for this hotel. 1) Quality of the hotel staff - they permanently made mistakes using my credit card and their mistakes costs me hundreds euros (international phone calls to my bank etc.); 2) spa-facilities were under construction and did not worked at all; 3) some bathroom facilities in my room were broken when I arrived and were repaired only in 4 days after my everyday-reminders. 4) etc. |

Facilities, comfort and quality of service and food. My reservation rate included a check out at 3pm. Housekeeping staff was bugging from 12pm onwards to make the room, calling, knocking door, and they even went into the room ! |

Older well maintained hotel with nice atmosphere, in the middle of downtown so convenient to shopping and business. In the 5 days there, could only log on to WIFI first 3 days and even then signal was weak and dropped off. Lost several completed emails as system not availble. Last 2 days not at all available. Desk gave cable but even then did not work - supposedly transferred to a new system but problems lasted too long. The 24€ breakfast was equal to others I have had for 8-10€ in other German hotels. |

The location was perfect. In the centre of the city and within walking distance of our conference. Beautiful original building with all the modern conveniences of a 5 star hotel. Wonderful staff, good food, really made our stay a very pleasent one. |

The size of the room was disappointing. The hotel was very run down with threadbare carpets and peeling paint on the windows. We paid 25 Euros for parking and discovered the next day that the car was parked on the street and covered in snow. |
