In room 412, I can't understand why the shower facility has an entire window (ceiling to floor) facing the room... Meaning, you can watch someone taking a shower, whilst lying in bed... |

the view of the room,decoration. The hotel staff should be more polite,when we asked for any bar at the 17th floor, as at the website inform, they told us that there was not any. Later we realised that sth like that we meant, was existed there! There was only a glass-made door at the toilet which separated the rest of the room!! Breakfast was too expensive. |

The hotel is quite well located for access to the old town. It is a bit jaded though and could do with an overhaul. There was a big difference between this hotel and the Radisson in Leipzig. |

Die ganze Architektur. Ehemaliger Plattenbau. Habe auf ein Business-Zimmer upgegradet, war aber enttäuscht: Betten in Nische direkt unter den Fenstern, Badewanne mitten im Eingangsbereich, schlechte Beleuchtung, alles auf "Design" in schrillen Farben gemacht, aber unfunktionell (offene Toilette - der vor dem Fernseher sitzende Partner bekommt alle WC-Geräusche und Gerüche mit). |

Muy bien ubicado en la ciudad (Erfurt es una bella ciudad), se accede facilmente a pie desde el Banhof, y las estaciones de Tram. El precio esta muy bien para los servicios que ofrece. |

Parkplatzsituation, Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter, Angebot des room services, die Qualität der angebotenen Weine im Restaurant, die Vorhänge im Zimmer waren teilweise abgerissen, der Kühlschrank gab Nachts kurz sehr laute Geräusche von sich, die Sauberkeit der Badewanne, bei der Beleuchtung im Zimmer kann sich eine Dame kein Make up auftragen, |

Предупреждать заранее въезжающего о бронировании накредитке суммы большей, чем стоимость проживания. Здесь же людей ставят перед фактом и без согласия блокируют значительные суммы. |

Die Zimmer sind sehr komfortabel und modern eingerichtet. Das Hotel selbst liegt sehr zentral und ist vom Hauptbahnhof gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Preis für das Frühstück, der zu dem Zimmerpreis noch dazu kommt, ist zu hoch: 18,00 Euro. |
