The location, We had to wait a lot for the lift, one of the three lifts was out of service. NO WiFi. There is an internet connection by cable for the PC, but no WiFi for the smartphones, ipad, or for Laptop.

The view of the room was amazing. It is very central located. The Hotel is quite modern. The Hotel-Manager is open and helpful and willing to find solutions. The room (Junior Suite) was not ver well cleaned. Hairs in the bed, incomplete cleaned shower. Dirty windows from Inside. Broken electronic blinds. Defective lamps. Credit card was charged before departure and even though the staff was informed before, that I do not wish to pay with that card. That was disrespecting the guest. The Breakfast is ok and a lot they offer. I am not sure if it is 18.00 EUR worth it. I suggest go having breakfast in one of the small Cafe's nearby, where you pay a bit less but with the same or better quality. At all disappointing for a 4**** Property. But to stay fair, the Hotel Manager refunded one night and apologized. Maybe they take more care now.

The staff were rather unfriendly. We had to pay 5€ for 15 min on the internet. That such an expensive hotel has not got wireless is not good enough! The only friendly and nice person was the woman working in the spa. I will not recommend this hotel!

Efficient and comfortable, and near the train station in the city centre. It was impersonal and somewhat sterile, as are many hotels from such chains. If I were to return to Erfurt, I would try to stay in a smaller hotel in the beautiful old town.

Zentrale Lage,freundlichkeit des Personals Standard Doppelzimmer sehr eng,kaum Ablagemöglichkeit für Wäsche, unzulänglicher Naßbereich, defekte Fliesen, stark verschmuzte Fensterbänke und Rahmen. Sieht noch genau so aus wie zur Wendezeit. Massiver Investstau. Keine vier Sterne.

Lage Zimmer im Jugendherbergsstil, noch nicht mal ein richtig Schrank verfügbar. Dusche und wc teilen sich durch ein interessantes Konzept 1 Türe. Für den Gebrauch er unvorteilhaft. Sehr geschmacklose spartanische Zimmer. Knallharte Matratzen. Preis Leistung stimmt überhaupt nicht.

Die Zimmer in der 14. Etage, modern und klasse eingerichtet. Der Service das man rund um die Uhr auch etwas zu essen bekommt, auch wenn man erst gegen 0:50 Uhr von seinen Terminen zurück ist. Die Empfangsleistung, warum muss ich 20 Minuten beim einchecken warten, wenn bereits alles gebucht ist und nur eine Unterschrift notwendig ist? Bei auschecken fühlte sich auch niemand so richtig verantwortlich, es waren drei Schlangen und 4 Mitarbeiter am Empfang, nur zwei davon waren mit den Kunden beschäftigt, der Rest machte etwas anderes.

Die Lage und der Ausblick sind das Highlight ,auch die Sauna mit Panoramafenster im 17. Geschoss. Die Standardzimmer sind für 3 Personen viel zu klein, es passt kein 2. Stuhl hinein, man weiss nicth wohin mit seinen Sachen. Auch die Bäder sind zu deutlich zu klein.
