the location of hotel, the jacuzzi in the bathroom, bed was brilliant, balkony with space for our stroller, the kindness of all the staff the bad condition of the wooden furniture in the bathroom (acceptable for 3 stars, maybe 4 but not for 5...easy to repair), late readyness of the room ( I didn't recognized late check out...so might be my misunderstanding), expected larger rooms in a 5 star hotel |

The location in the centre of town is excellent We didn't like the fact that our room had a window facing the inside atrium only, so we somehow missed the fresh air and also the guests at the bar and the restaurant downstairs were heard very much |

We liked very much the service of rohmy poling who is polite and very efficient 1] It is not easy to enter and come out from the big bath for people with ortopedc problem , it could be better to have a separate shower too .17/8 evening |

It is close to the center. The hotel was very old in ussr style, not functional. We cannot state it 5 stars!! Parking is out door and even the gate is completely open. But they are still asking for eur15 for this parking. The breakfast is also extremely expensive, eur22. |

Attractive hotel in a traditionally styled buildeing on the edge of the old town. We had a large comfortable room with all amenities. Very good value. |

Great central location, good selection at brekfast buffet. Jacuzzi in the bathroom was marvelous! Room & especially the bed was rather small for two people. |

Tolle Lage! Superfreundliches Personal! Schöne Zimmer mit einem perfekten Bad (Whirlpool!). Schönes Hallenbad. Toll war, dass wir ein kostenloses Upgrade in ein Buisness-Class-Zimmer bekommen haben. Es war einfach schön. Zu meckern gab es nichts. Ausser dass das Frühstück mit pro Person 22 € einfach zu teuer ist und wir es somit nicht in Anspruch genommen haben. Muss aber auch nicht sein, es gibt viele Restaurants und Kneippen mit Frühstückangebot. Tipp: Die Zimmer sind so toll, dass man auch ein Cafe und ein Croissant auf dem Zimmer zu sich nehmen kann! |

Ich habe mit meinem Sohn(8) im Hotel gewohnt. Auch für Kinder sehr geeignet. Toller Pool, schöne Sauna und sehr nettes Personal. |

Die gute Qualität des Essens im Hotelrestaurant und die sehr aufmerksame und sympathische Bedienung. Die Offerte des Managements, den Preis zu reduzieren, weil die Nachtruhe gestört wurde. Die schlechte Schallisolation des Zimmers zum Innenhof, von wo bis ca. zwei Uhr morgens schlafstörender Lärm ins Zimmer dringt. Die Fensterqualität entspricht nicht dem heutigen mittleren Standard. |

Direkte Lage zur Stadtmitte, sehr freundliches Personal, die konservative Zimmer-und Badeinrichtungen. Raumspraygeruch beim Betreten des Zimmers. Allgemein ein etwas gewöhnungsbedürftiger Hausgeruch. Geräusche der Klimaanlage in der Nacht. Kombination Dusche oder Wirlpool benötigt etwas Uebung bei der Handhabung der Dusche (Erreichbarkeit ohne Betreten der Wanne). |

Sehr schönes historisches Gebäude in sehr zentraler Lage mit großem Zimmer mit Whirlpool und Nespressomaschine wie auch das sehr nette Personal. Eingangsbereich nicht sehr ansprechend ( z.B.zu viele Schlider) und insgesamt schon etwas abgenutzt. Ergänzungsbestuhlung im Frühstücksbereich nicht 5-Sterne-like. Pool etwas renovierungsbedürftig. Kostenloser Internetzugang in der Lobby fehlte |
