Superb Facility, I would give a 5-star, good location, really close to the city centre and the sight!!!!! Highly recommeded! breakfast is not included, and it cost 22 euro per person I personally feel it's way too expensive. |

the location of hotel, the jacuzzi in the bathroom, bed was brilliant, balkony with space for our stroller, the kindness of all the staff the bad condition of the wooden furniture in the bathroom (acceptable for 3 stars, maybe 4 but not for 5...easy to repair), late readyness of the room ( I didn't recognized late check out...so might be my misunderstanding), expected larger rooms in a 5 star hotel |

The location in the centre of town is excellent We didn't like the fact that our room had a window facing the inside atrium only, so we somehow missed the fresh air and also the guests at the bar and the restaurant downstairs were heard very much |

We liked very much the service of rohmy poling who is polite and very efficient 1] It is not easy to enter and come out from the big bath for people with ortopedc problem , it could be better to have a separate shower too .17/8 evening |

It is close to the center. The hotel was very old in ussr style, not functional. We cannot state it 5 stars!! Parking is out door and even the gate is completely open. But they are still asking for eur15 for this parking. The breakfast is also extremely expensive, eur22. |

Das Hotel ist zweckmässig eingerichtet. Das Personal ist freundlich und diskret. Man fühlt sich wohl wenn man gerne ungesört dort verweilen will. Die Bewegungsfreiheit im Zimer war etwas zu eingeschränkt. |

Wir hatten ein wunderschönes großes Zimmer mit eigener Kaffeemaschine (Nespresso), dass zur ruhigen Seite gelegen war. Sauna konnte schon morgens um 7.00 Uhr genutzt werden. Einfach genial. Frühstück recht teuer |

Das Haus ist sehr schön und hat eine unglaubliche Geschichte. Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Das Fernsehgerät müsste dringend ersetzt werden. Es steht in keinem Verhältnis zur Hoteleinrichtung. |
