The hotel offers five different rooms for conferences and meetings, which can be arranged according to your needs. All the rooms have air conditioning and are equipped with audio visual equipment.
The Jahreszeiten Bar, spaced out over two levels, is located right next to the entrance of the restaurant and gives a beautiful view of the Alster. Here you will find an extensive drinks menu, including all classic and international cocktails as well as a fine selection of rare spirits.
On the Jahreszeiten terrace, you will be served with small snacks and select, delicious dishes.

The staff was extremly helpful. Due to a constrction in the neighbourhood the street was blocked on our arrival day. The hotel called us the day before and explained how we could access and apologized for the inconvenience. |

The room was great! A nice view of the Alster, huge bed, spacious room, big closet, and a very relaxing tub. Staff was very helpfull when needed. WiFi signal at the room was weak, and sometimes the internet didn't work. |

This was my third stay in as many years at the vj. I love it because of its very central location, its service, the marvelous rooms and great comfort. The staff is extremely helpful and courteous. Their breakfasts are to die for and the meals in their Grill or tea in the Living Room in front of the fireplace, are heaven. Yes, there is one thing -- at nearly 80 and needing a cane because of a knee condition, I wish they'd install an elevator for people like me. I noticed many elderly guests who struggled, like me, to get up and down the front staircase. |

The staff was exceptional and very professional! Every staff member treated us as if we were the only guest in the hotel. Great location and fabulous views of the lake.No detail was overlooked. It was a 5 star experience from the moment we arrived to the minute we departed. |

The hotel was MOST luxurious, but also intimate and warm.The entire staff was very friendly, very professional, very attentive. My room was lovely and most comfortable. There was NOTHING I did not like about the hotel. |
