I loved it ! Service was superb

Quality of the food

Staff was welcoming and über-professional. I had a problem with an item I had lost while travelling to the hotel, and Frau J. made several phone calls for me, which were extremely helpful in getting the item back. Then when we saw her again at the end of our stay, she remembered and inquired if we'd found it. Overall -- the hotel is fantastic.

This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed on. For us a perfect balance between luxury and casual relaxation. The cocktails and food in Doc Chengs restaurant was very nice, and we had no reason to believe that the two other restaurants in the hotel should be any different. Breakfast was excellent.

Normally we can always find something to nitpick over, but in this rare case everything was perfect.

Hotel Facilities were excellent everything i wanted was available . Staff were very helpful , friendly , and very knowledgable . Room was very comfortable , clean , and has all the requirements for any business man . Hotel location is excellent .

It is fairly expensive to dine at the hotel but that is what happens when you go to the best hotel in Hamburg - one of the best in the world. The ambiente is perfect, the location is perfect and I would recommend the hotel any time.

The behavior of one clerk at the reception but it would take too long to explain the situation. I would have liked an apology but it did not come.

The given information was nearly correct "a spacious room, a peaceful location, facing the green courtyard." The courtyard was not green buy noisy. They also informed about mosquitoes, but I did not open windows because of the morning noise.

Loved the attention to detail of the staff and the very friendly attitude they showed.

Staff were pleasant, freindly and cheerful. Rooms specially junior sweet were vey comfortable, everything available in the room and not required to ask from house keeping. and we got the upgrade without asking for it which shows the excellent.service.

Elegance and majestic grandeur coupled with warm and welcoming staff and stste of the art facilities. In particular Merick on reception is exceptional and he set the tone for us on our arrival. Our room was a delight, very spacious and luxurious and had a magnificent view. The breakfast was exceptional for us being gluten and dairy free we were well provided for.

Nothing. It would be nice to have a dimmer for the light in the bathroom for relaxation.

If I should put a finger on something that could be even better, it would be the breakfast. Especially the bread does not live up to the standard of the rest of this hotel.

It is really a+++ hotel. Good location, silent and very comfortable room. What is should be better - breakfast, but there are lots of cafe near hotel. Apple store and other shops are just 5 mins away

It's a real well established hotel with a history and tradishens.

Great location,room and staff.

The decor was lovely and the Bathroom just beautiful. The Location so near the city ships and the lake. Breakfast at the Fairmont was execptional.

My door was not easy to open and was checked by the hotel carpenter and still it was uneasy to open. The Nespresso machine the instructions were hard to read.
