I was very disappointed that the wireless internet did not cover my room. Especially since they charge a very high price for it, and in the hotel description claim all room have wireless internet. When I pointed the error out to the staff they just had a snotty answer.

The staffs are very friendly and really helpful. The location is a bit difficult I could not find the hotel even I used GPS. The room is clean. Recommend for the disabled guests too.

Gute Anfahrt zum Hotel, da außerhalb des Stadtzentrums gelegen. Stadtzentrum zu Fuß noch gut zu erreichen. ,Komfortable, etwas kleine Zimmer, sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Hotel in guter Lage, sehr ruhig.

En rigtig dejlig morgenbuffet! Skønt med Champagne til morgenmad!! At det er påkrævet at smide alt tøjet inden du kan gå i sauna! Vores 11 årige datter blev mødt af et ældre tysk ægtepar (lokale) som gik nøgne rundt i fællesarealerne ved saunaen. De tog brusebad nøgne og uden vores tilstedeværelse bad de vores 11 årige datter tage alt sit tøj af, hvilket hun gjorde! Jeg ventede udenfor døren og blev noget chokeret, da hun kom nøgen ud fra det fælles bruseområde! Det kanb ikke være rimligt! Det ældre ægtepar har påtalt overfor flere gæster, at de skal være nøgne i det fælles badeområde! Hvis det er rigtig, så bør det straks laves om! Men mindre selvfølgelig Ramada vil slå sig op som "Nudist klub"

Alle (!) Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und sehr darauf bedacht, dass sich die Gäste wohl fühlen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr vielfältig und lecker! Des Weiteren ist der Wellness-Bereich groß und sehr schön ausgestattet und es gibt sogar einen kleinen Fitness-Raum. Der Unterschied zwischen einem Standard-Zimmer und einem Komfort-Zimmer besteht lediglich darin, dass es in den Komfortzimmern zusammengestellte Betten und dass es Mahagoni-Möbel anstelle von skandinavischen Möbeln gibt.Der Preisunterschied scheint mir dadurch nicht wirklich gerechtfertigt.

Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr schön - Pool sauber und großzügig, Saunen und Ruheraum ebenfalls. Der Abend klang gemütlich im Restaurant bei netter Bedienung aus. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr gut. Das Zimmer war recht abgewohnt - Bettumrandung mit abgewetzten Stoff bezogen und die Silikonfugen im Bad machen einen sehr schmuddligen Eindruck. Insgesamt hatte man den Eindruck, dass der Wellnessbereich saniert wurde und die Zimmer einem Sanierungsstau unterliegen.

Angenehme, wenn auch nicht sehr große Wellnesslandschaft, freundliches Personal Große Reisegesellschaften wurden in Bussen gebracht, sehr laut und mit übermäßigem Alkoholkonsum, unangenehm! Ein Frühstück für eine 6jährige mit 14 Euro zu berechnen ist schlicht unverschämt! Der Weg in die Altstadt von Goslar ist doch noch recht weit.

Zweckmäßig gut eingerichtete Zimmer in einem vom Erscheinungsbild her sehr ansprechenden Hotel mit gutem Service und sehr freundlichen Mitarbeitern. Sehr schnelles und problemlose Ein- und Auschecken. Schlechte Anbindung an den ÖNV

Das Frühstücksbüfet t war ausgezeichnet, auch der Wellnessbereich sehr schön. Abend- Karte - aktuelle Saisongerichte - fanden wir gut Die Standard - Zimmer waren etwas zu klein, aber alles vorhanden , Bad auch in Ordnung.

gutes 3-Bettzimmer mit DB und vollwertigem 3. Bett (keine Elendscouch oder sog. Zustellbett wie in vielen Hotels leider üblich)-Hallenbad/Sauna-Frühstücksbuffet-Ambiente in allen Restaurants, Weinstube und Bar-richtiger Urlaubsflair an einem Abend war das Essen am Abendbuffet gar nicht gut (als hätte der Koch frei gehabt), Fleisch vertrocknet, Rest auch nicht besonders - am zweiten Abend super in Geschmack und Vielfalt der angebotenen Speisen

Der Wellnessbereich war sehr sauber und ausreichend groß gestaltet. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit und das Frühstück ist sehr zu empfehlen! Das Doppelbett sind nur zwei Einzelbetten zusammengeschoben, daher lohnt sich das größere Zimmer preistechnisch nicht. Die Möbel sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

kamer was goed, omgeving mooi, sauna en zwembad in hotel prima, ontbijt goed; wel was het een hotel dat ingericht was op het ontvangen en vermaken van grote groepen. vandaar de aanbeveling om te vragen om een rustig gelegen kamer; anders had ons verblijf absoluut veel minder leuk verlopen!

Die gesamte Atmosphäre ist sehr angenehm und gemütlich: Lobby, Restaurant, Bar, Aufenthaltsräume, Top Frühstücksbuffet und Hallenbad/Sauna: Es kommt richtig Ferienstimmung auf und das auf Geschäftsreise - das ist doch schön, oder !? Trotz "Komfortzimmer" etwas klein geraten - ist aber gerade noch akzeptabel: Schreibtisch, 2 Stühle an kleinem Rundtisch.
