The Location. Good for visiting Cologne - 30 minute tram ride. Some noisy guests talking outside the hotel in the courtyard at about 5 am.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. All the young women on reception made us feel very welcome, and Herr Wahlefeld who served us in the restaurant for dinner was excellent. No-one could have given us a more enjoyable evening. Thank you so much.

Zeer vriendelijk personeel, erg behulpzaam bij het omboeken van een éénpersoonskamer naar een tweepersoonskamer. Goed informatieboek op de kamer. Koffie- en theeservice en een zakje snoep op de kussen (dit had voor mij persoonlijk meer in de trant van een chocolaatje gemogen). Kortom: zeer tevreden!

Hotel zelf en alle faciliteiten uitstekend behalve het restaurant. Restaurant was een ramp. Na 1 uur wachten op een wienerschnitzel ben ik opgestapt . En dit terwijl er slechts 25% van de tafels bezet was.

Alle Wünsche wurden verwirklicht. Nichts unmöglich. Personal sehr flexibel. z.B. das 15 € Frühstück konnte auch ein frühstück mit Kaffe und brot werden zu 4, 5 €. Mein frühstück ist eben Italienisch Wunderbares Buffet am Abend. Ruhe um - im Haus. Der Eingang ist nachts schwierig zu finden, besonders für Fussgänger, die von Süden kommen. . Im Bad ist die Toilette sehr eingeklemmt; auch, wer sie benutzt.

Personale molto gentile e disponibile, buona pulizia nelle camere, buona posizione rispetto al centro cittä. Non credo sia un Hotel 4 stelle soprattutto per quanto riguarda il design dell` arredamento. Un altro aspetto negativo riguarda la camera tripla o con letto aggiuntivo: il terzo letto e`un divano letto adattato, molto scomodo. E`come dormire sopra la base di un letto somier perö divisa in tre pezzi e senza materasso. Punto molto negativo per il prezzo pagato.

Kamer aan de krappe kant, waarbij de twee eenpersoons bedden verkeerd geplaatst zijn. Het raam te openen was een uiterst onhandige aangelegenheid omdat een bed de doorgang bemoeilijkte. Verder ok.

Das Bad hat sehr schlecht und unsauber gerochen. An den Fliesen waren noch Haare der Vorgänger und die Fliesen hatten noch "Kalkspritzer", also wurden in der letzten Zeit nie geputzt. In einem unsrer 3 Zimmern kam beim Duschen der Schaum aus Fuss-Boden. Auch ist ein Zimmer über dem Eingang eine Zumutung. Morgens um 3 Uhr war ein Geschrei,so dass keiner von uns noch schlafen konnte. Das gleiche spielte sich am Aufzug ab, also unzumutbar.

Het is een goed hotel,en een goede plaats om te overnachten voor een weekendje Phantasialand.en lekker ontspannen in de sauna,heerlijk.het ontbijt was ook perfect,een aanrader dus.

Die Lage meines Zimmers war, wie gewünscht, sehr ruhig. Doppel- als Einzelzimmer bot ein gutes Platzangebot. Sehr gut hat mir der stark vergrößernde Kosmetikspiegel gefallen. TV war mit sehr sehr schlechtem Empfang. Eintritt in die Dusche durch das Badewannenmodel sehr unbequem.

Personal an der Reception super, Frühstücksbuffet gut Das Zimmermädchen kam zweimal , einmal um 8.30 Uhr morgens und einmal 9.30 Uhr einfach mit ihrem Pass ins Zimmer, ist wieder verschwunden und hat aber die Zimmertür abgesperrt. Wir müssen dazu sagen dass wir beide Male im Zimmer waren und dass die Zimmertür nur mit dem Schlüssel aufgesperrt werden kann, also im Falle eines Feuers hätten wir durchs Fenster müssen .
