Tiny room, chair hardly fits between bed and desk. Wifi and breakfast are a rip-off !!! The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, you need a car otherwise you are stuck ! Waiters in bar don't know their menu (and not a even a big choice), the food served was bland not very good, Bathroom also very small, to close the door from the inside one has to hold his breath (I am not a big guy...). No shower cabin, only shower curtain. Air miles, usually given by Ramada hotels, where refused unless I fill out a lengthy questionnaire. Guess to send me lots of junk mail. On the other hand, there were busses with retired people on a city trip who seemed quite hppy with the hotel. But maybe I am a moaner....

Good location; public transport excellent - stop in front of hotel - 20 mins into Dresden center.Views from room; quiet suburb; easy parking. Clean room and friendly staff. Lacks charm. Walls separating rooms are thin and we were woken at 6.0am by the noise of the shower in the next room. The rooms,including the bathroom, are on the small side. The hotel caters for coach parties and on occasions the dining room was very busy and congested.

Hotel price seems to be pretty low for the quality of hotel. In a very quiet place. Free parking is available on hotel and on the streets (no probs on that). Wifi is rather expensive - 5eur/hour or 10eur/5hours. Staff was very friendly. I liked the hotel. Expensive Wifi. No refrigirator in room. Location is only ok (23 minutes by bus) but not great. (on the other hand the parking is free so thats fair).

Good hotel, beautiful location, bus stop right opp to hotel with excellent connectivity to the center of the city ( 20 mins to city center ). additional charge of 10 eur per night for rooms with mini bar and no provision hot water kettle

Rezeptionsmitarbeiter waren äusserts hilfsbereit bei Platzreservierungen zu div. Veranstaltungen; sehr gutes Rumpsteak zu später Stunde bekommen - Lob an die Küche; auch bei geöffneten Fenster wurde die Nachtruhe nicht gestört; hatte eine schöne Zeit

Es war durchschnittlich. Kein highliht aber auch nichts, was völlig aus dem Rahmen viel. Gemessen an der Größe des Hotels ist der Wellnessbereich viel zu klein (z.B. zu wenige Liegen usw.). Das Frühstück ist gemessen am Angebot des Frühstücksbüffets deutlich überteuert. Für alles muss man extra bezahlen. Bei Buchungen werden Wünsche des Gastes überhaupt nicht gelesen!

Sehr freundliches Personal am Empfang, dort reibungsloser Service. Reinigungspersonal sehr zuvorkommend. Frühstück reichlich aber langweilig, Service hier etwas langsam. Um Dresden zu sehen relativ weit außerhalb.

Sehr gutes, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal genügend Parkplätze Zimmer war fast ok (siehe Beschreibung unten) Ruhige Lage schneller Check-in /-out Tiefgarage Es waren keine Bilder speziell von meinem Zimmer verfügbar. Ich bin sehr groß, der Duschkopf ist sehr nieder angebracht. Mein Badezimmer war für einen Behinderten ausgestattet, das hätte zumindest erwähnt werden können. Ansonsten war ich sehr zufrieden!

Liegt zwar etwas außerhalb, ist aber mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln sehr gut erreichbar. Für ein 4-Sterne Hotel ist die Badeinrichtung im Bezug auf Größe und Komfort sehr spartanisch ausgestattet. Sehr negativ empfanden wir auch den Umstand, daß es keinerlei (Null) Schrankeinrichtung gab um die Wäsche für den Aufenthaltszeitraum aus dem Koffer auszupacken, wie es Z. Bsp. Im Zimmer Nr. 422 der Fall war. Für was der Begriff "Superior Doppel- /Zweibettzimmer" stand ist uns rätselhaft, oder war es am Ende doch nur ein "Standardzimmer"?

~ Verfügbarkeit ~ Sonderangebot über booking.com ~ Internetzugang nur gegen Bezahlung ~ Parkplätze gab es auf Grund von Busreisenden und mehrerer Events für die "normalen" Gäste leider keine - die Events hätte man im Parkhaus parken lassen sollen, dann wären die oberirdischen Parkplätze frei geblieben.

Die Freundlichkeitkeit der Mitarbeiter/innen war absolut vorbildlich. Auf den Tischen beim Frühstück fehlten die Tischmülltonnen. Butterfolie, Margarineschüsselchen und Teebeutel lagen letztlich im Teller/Unterteller. Leider war kein Safe im Zimmer.

Abendessen a la carte war gut, Zimmer war in Gesamtheit okay. Dreckiger Teppich, Parkplatzproblem (kostenlos), Da eigenes Laptop defekt: Internetzugang kostenpflichtig, keine Minibar! Hotelobby schön, Zimmer (Gardinen, Teppich) nicht zeitgemäß

Stort och modernt hotell med duktig personal och bra faciliteter. Långt till stan men bra bussförbindelse på dagarna. Dyrt med internet. Dyr parkering. Tråkig restaurang.
