Pro: nice hotel, clean room, private parking. In the neighbourhood you can find nice Konditorei for breakfast. Small bathroom, expensive breakfast, unfriendly staff. |

Staff helpful, and professional. Good location and transport link to city centre. Breakfast should be included in package. Kitchen cooking smells permeating the corridors of the hotel. Had to ask staff to open health suite during advertised opening times. Had to ask staff to provide bedroom tea/coffee facilities when it should have been automactically provided each day during our stay. Soap/shower dispensers when empty but not automatically refilled and checked each day. |

We only stayed overnight, coming in late and took off early in the morning, even before you serve breakfast. So could not give much comment on other thing beside facility in room and front desk. Services are OK , people are friendly. Could comment only this much. |

Wir waren nur für 1 Übernachtung (2 Ehepaare) dort. Hotel am Ortsrand und deshalb angenehm ruhig (kein Stadtlärm). Essen Abends (Bestellung nach Karte) gut!!! Frühstück ebenfalls. Leider keine Zeit für Nutzung anderer Hoteleinrichtungen. Wir werden das Hotel an Freunde, Bekannte usw.empfehlen sofern sie nach Dresden Reisen. Zu Ziff. 4 wären mehrere Anworten möglich |

Das Hotel liegt außerhalb der Stadt und hat eine sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung, sowohl mit dem PKW von der Autobahn kommend, als auch mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, um in die Stadt zu kommen. |

Gute Busverbindung ins Zentrum (ca. 25 Minuten) Wellness-Bereich zur Gänze fkk! Auch den Whirlpool durfte man nur nackt benutzen. Mitarbeiter begründeten dies mit merkwürdigen Argumenten (Material der Badesachen ist schädlich). Spindschlüssel für den Wellness- Bereich hätte man sich an der Rezeption holen müssen, was man erst im Wellness-Bereich erfährt. Alles sehr kompliziert! Parkplatz war wegen Hochzeitsgesellschaft voll, es wurde vom Personal nicht möglich gemacht, die kostenpflichtige Hotel-Garage in diesem Fall kostenlos zu benutzen. Für jede Kleinigkeit wird ein Aufpreis verlangt: Z.B. Bademantel pro Person und Tag 3 Euro. |

Preis Sauberkeit...schwarzer Schimmel am Duschvorhang...war für Personal eindeutig sichtbar...wurde aber erst auf Nachfrage behoben / Freundlichkeit einer Empfangsmitarbeiterin...bei Problemen wurde die Schuld auf den Gast geschoben statt eine einfache Lösung anzubieten |

Die freundlichkeit der Hotelmitarbeiter, das Frühstück, der Außenbereich, die Tiefgarage, Servicleistung für Bus, etc. Außenanlage Das Zimmer finde ich entspricht nicht 4 Sternen, genau wie das Abendessen. Allgemeine Aufmachung des Hotels nicht 4 Sterne. |

vale la pena spendere un po' di piu' per la camera superior: frigobar ben rifornito,con 10 euro al giorno per camera si poteva vuotarlo! apprezzabile la possibilita' di preparare caffe' e altre bevande calde. La fermata degli autobus, molto frequenti per il centro, si trova davanti l'hotel. |

Personeel super vriendelijk en behulpzaal. Bushalte vlak voor de deur. Voldoende (gratis) parkeergelegenheid in de buurt Keuze betreffende het avondeten te beperkt. Bovendien was de kipfilet van binnen nog rauw. Heb na reclamatie wel nieuw eten gekregen! Had een deluxe kamer gereserveerd (o.a. parkeerkaart garage en badjas), heb de receptie hierop opmerkzaam moeten maken, anders had ik het niet gekregen. |
