Very clean, location right in city center, good business hotel. Too noisy: thin walls, dour in hall way noisy, church bells and school right by window - ask for room not at the side of the street

Lack of air conditioning made the room almost untenable. Room was terrible hot. I would not recommend this facility to anyone traveling during the summer months.

Prior to check-out, I was checking my room to ensure I had not left any valuables behind. When I lifted up the comforter, I noticed a four inch oval blood stain as well as another blood stain that was approximately one inch oval. I am sure the cleaning staff knew these stains were present long before because they had been washed numerous times. These type things are very trumatic and should never be allowable under any circumstances. I took images with my camera! The hotel was very, very noisy and chances are that I will never stay here again or recommend to anyone.

Great location for business Cleaning staff were extremely noisy, very early in the morning and even tried to come in to the room - this was despite me arranging late check out.

Ich hatte weit im Voraus ein Nichtraucherzimmer angefragt und als ich anreiste und in mein Zimmer kam, war es ein Raucherzimmer, das entsprechend schlecht gerochen hat. Leider konnte man mir auf Nachfrage kein anderes Zimmer anbieten. Die Toilette war unter dem Sitz nicht gesäubert worden, obwohl komplett verpinkelt.

Das Zimmer war sehr gross. Ausserdem ist es nahe beim Hockenheimring. Die Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage sind sehr eng.

Abzocker! Das Wireless Lan wird mit 8 Euro die Stunde verrechnet. Die Hotelrechnung wird dem Kunden schon bei der Buchung mit der Kreditkarte belastet!

Proximité du circuit d' Hockenheim. Très correct Prélèvement du montant de la réservation sur ma carte sans me le demander et dès la réservation, contrairement aux stipulations fournies. Pour des raisons personnelles, je désirais régler en espèces et cela m'ennuie beaucoup.

Die zentrale Lage und die Ausstattung gefallen mir. Die Receptionistin hat sich nicht verabschiedet am Schluss des Aufenthalts, kein Auf Wiedersehen, kein Adieu. Kein WiFi/kein wlan; ein solches Business-Hotel sollte heutzutage Gratis-Internet bieten. Genauso beim Autoparkplatz: in der öffentlichen Stadtgarage und erst noch zahlen; könnte das Hotel mit der Stadt nicht ein Pauschalabkommen abschließen?
