Everything friendly excellent
- Fast Wifi - Close to train station - Clean room
The hotel's good location also means more noise from traffic.
1. Room tariff is reasonable
1. location of the hotel 2. lack of accomodative staff
room is quite, breakfast is good, close to the city center (water-tower).
smell of smoke in a NON smoker room not enough space to walk around the bed Connection to WiFi doesn't work
Advertised Wi Fi was virtually non existent, but we were told that the hotel would be improving their Wi Fi. There was no air conditioning in the room and since we were facing a busy street, road noise was a definite issue when the window was open.
24- hour self-service drinking is provided
room is old
The staff tried to make up for the poor accommodations. They made an otherwise bad stay tolerable.
The internet never worked. They ice machine was broken The location is bad, not well shown on map I missed an appointment (traveling to Europe for this0 because of the internet. (The internet worked at the First Class lounge at the Railway Station.
Poor parking spot and hard parking entrance...easy to scratch your front spoiler.
I like the location. As well as the peacefulness
Closer to Mannheim station Easy access to tram services Neat and clean Very courteous staff Good wifi
A good hotel should have provision for Morning tea / coffee in the room, so that guest can have it in the morning for freshening. It should be complementary. Continental breakfast should be complimentary.
Having just come from a 5 star in Amsterdam that left something to be desired I was happy to tell the manager of Ramada his breakfast was better, his shower was better and his tv actually worked, not like the 5 star. He said that I had made his day but I was simply telling it how it is. Amazed that they had a separate shaving mirro which had lighting and magnification. Now that is something you should find in a 5 star not a 3 star.
No in room tea making facilities but I could live with that. The place does show a little bity of wear but is kept surprisingly clean and with that there really is not anything people could complain about.
Nicely close to RR station. Easy walk to georgeous water fountain park
No a/c. At least we couldnt find it. had to pay for wifi.
This hotel is ideal for a quiet stay location is perfect we had a room to rear on 2nd floor and it was very quiet no smell of smoke the decor was also good would I stay here again most definitely
location (5-10 minutes walk from central station)
noise in the room (No. 301) exactly in the corner of the building - 2 very noisy streets. If you want silence you have to close all windows but then it's gonna be very hot and stuffy because there is no aircon... WiFi is a very funny thing - the hotel provides only a hot spot by T-Mobile so there is no free wifi, you have to register and pay directly to T-Mobile
Staff is rude Wifi service and signal was the worst ever.
Nice room and breakfast buffet. The hotel is a short walk to the water tower and Starbucks for free wifi
Not the free wifi that was advertised in the Booking.com write up
Wifi is horrible! kicks you off every few min, even though it says it will after 15 on inactivity it never even gives you 15 min when active.
close to the railway station
Room smelt of smoke
Lack of proper airconditioning. Bit noisy
Location in town was OK and easy to travel out of Mannheim on public transport
Extra costs, car parking, wi-fi but especially expensive breakfast €14 each. Didn't like Mannheim as a town
The hotel was fine, bed comfortable and clean, good water pressure in the shower.
No air-con. Not normally a problem, but in 30+ degree heat it was impossible to sleep till 2/3am. No fan in the room either.
Close to the main Railway station Quiet room (on the back of the hotel) Quick check in and check out Wifi available (€5 per day T-Mobile hotspot) Overall cleanliness of hotel Just what we needed for the weekend
Fixtures and fittings a little "tired" in some hotel areas Room was very hot (external temp 34c on the Saturday, we missed having aircon) High price for the hotel standard at peak time (€228 per night)
Location, near to station and main shopping area
wifi access was poor, very little parking, advice that you need to book a parking space should be advised when making the booking
Rooms facing the main road are noisy
