・部屋が相当埃っぽくてハウスダストアレルギーがでた。・チェックアウト後、荷物を預かるとホテル内のガイドに書いてあったが、自分で会議室に勝手に置くだけで、荷札による管理もなく、不安。部屋の鍵もあまりに旧式で不安。 |

We got a good deal for a single night stay for a double room. Room facilities and cleanliness was excellent . The hotel staff were friendly as well |

Clean and convenient to the train station. There was also a nice breakfast. Room and elevator were small. There was no air conditioning. |

It's close to the Hauptbahnhof. No airconditioning so windows have to be open at night, quite a lot of noise from Irish pub opposite. The room was not too clean, the shower didn;t work very well, and on our last day the water supply was cut off. |

excellent location.very close to the central station. stuff were very friendly and kind.great for the price! shower head was not working well,very little water coming out from it. |

Very friendly and helpful. Even though I arrived at 11 pm. the monthly TV guide in the room was open at the right page... this suggests an attention to detail which was confirmed throughout. |

Das Hotel ist sehr verkehrsgünstig gelegen (200 Meter vom Hbf Mannheim entfernt). In den Zimmern wurde leider das Minibarangebot abgeschafft und im Kühlschrank liegt lediglich ein Zettel mit einem Hinweis auf einen Automaten im Empfangsbereich. Im Zimmer gibt es noch nicht einmal eine Flasche Mineralwasser. |
