The people at the reception were rather rude. Rather very very rude. When we had some questions about internet they were still talking to their colleagues inside and they gave short answers every now and then and their body language was "get out of here". Very rude

No free wifi in the room. Wifi was available for about 5 euro per hour. That 's not a service one expect today in a 4-star hotel.

Great breakfast in lovely breakfast room that opens onto a park/garden. Though of you're vegetarian, watch out for ham baked into some of the croissants - not a good start to the day. Spacious rooms, nice view over city.

I should have realised, if it had to say "city centre" in the title, it probably wasn'T. It's half an hours walk to the centre, though the area is pleasant and they through in free tram and bus (I should think so!). Apart from that, it just a bit dull and old fashioned for the money. No WiFi - not even an option to pay for it. They just don't have it.

A good, business hotel with good facilities and a nice location.

We stayed during Documenta exhibition - the hotel room cards entitled us free use of public transport which really nice.

In such a hotel I would expect free internet in the rooms!

Not having wireless Internet was disappointing, and it was a tram ride from the centre of town, but the room was food, the fitness room and sauna were very good, though everyone went into the sauna naked, which felt uncomfortable. The staff were very helpful and the breakfasts, and breakfast staff were great.

By your site and i am traveling to Berlin so my chosen was kassel Germany in the way to berlin. same thing Magdeburg Germany was the same all hotels rooms no aircondetion . and that was not may request, all my selection rooms with aircondetion.

The location was good with access to the tram out the front and a short tram ride into the city centre.The park at the back is a gem.

No mini bar or refrigeration in room.

Die Ruhe, der Ausblick aus dem Fenster in einen schönen, angelegten Garten. Für mich, - die erschöpft aus dem Seminar kam, - war alles in Ordnung! Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist in der Nähe, besser ging es für mich nicht. Mit der Zimmerkarte ist der öffentliche Nahverkehr nutzbar! Frühstück war für mich in Ordnung, - da ich nur frische Früchte esse, Grünen-Tee und schwarzen Kaffee trinke! Das Personal war freundlich.

Eine etwas dickere Sommerbettdecke wäre für mich von Vorteil gewesen!

Super Aussicht auf die Stadt aus dem 12. Stockwerk! Gutes Frühstück.

Parkplatz war voll und man bekam den Tip sich doch einen in der Straße zu suchen! Es regnete aber!

Mein Aufenthalt war zur kurz um mir eine vernünftige Meinung zu bilden. Ich war kaum im Hotel, weil ich Messebesucher war

die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter. Schnelles check-in - -out. Angenehme Empfangshalle kostenfreies WLAN in der Lobby Sauna- Fitnessbereich sehr schön. Nähe zum ICE Bahnhof - Haltestelle fast direkt vor dem Hotel

keine Minibar, keine Kaffeezubereitung, Zimmer zur Strasse sehr, sehr laut Möblierung ziemlich alt

Wir haben erst einen Schlüssel für ein falsches Zimmer bekommen und sind dadurch in eine peinliche Situation geraten. An der Rezeption auf deren Fehler aufmerksam gemacht, haben sie sich noch nicht mal entschuldigt, sondern erst nachdem wir die Dame darauf aufmerksam gemacht haben. Sie meinte zwar dass wollte sie noch machen, aber sowas sollte man sofort und als erstes entschuldigen!

Trotz dessen, dass ich bereits 8 Wochen vor Reisetantritt ein Nichtraucherzimmer gebucht hatte, wurde mir ein Raucherzimmer zugeteilt. Die 13. Etage ist die Raucheretage des Hotels. Hier half auch kein ganztägiges Lüften. Bett, Bettbezüge, überhaupt Alles stank dermaßen nach Rauch, das ich schlecht schlief und morgens mit Kopfschmerzen aufwachte. Meine komplette Garderobe muss in die Reinigung, bzw. in die Waschmaschine. Trotz Beschwerde wurde mir kein anderes Zimmer oder eine Ermäßigung angeboten. Warum hat das Hotel mir vorher kein Mail geschickt? Ich hätte entweder eine höhere Kategorie oder ein anderes Hotel gebucht. Das Verhalten an der Rezeption ist ziemlich ignorant.

Hervorragendes Frühstücksbuffet, das keine Wünsche offen lässt und an Sonntagen zudem bis 11 Uhr angeboten wird. Das Hotelpersonal ist freundlich und kundenorientiert. Der Wellnessbereich ganz oben im Hotel lässt den Blick rund um Kassel schweifen.

Nach 23 Uhr ist es sehr schwer, Im Hotel noch etwas Essbares zu bekommen.

Gute Lage in der Stadt und die kostenlose Benutzung der Tram.

Das Zimmer war nicht ganz sauber und es hat stark nach Nikotin insbesondere im Bad gerochen, obwohl es eine Nichtraucheretage war.
