The room was smelly and the food served at the restaurant was either old or overcooked. No free internet connection not even in the lounge. Breakfast not included in the room price.

The location, staff, cleanliness and facilities are great. A room safe, fridge free Internet are items that are missing. In all the hotels we have stayed at nearly all have a room safe and fridge and most ave free WiFi. These are a must in this day and age. Thanks

Eine kleine Renovation wäre nötig in dem Zimmer welches ich hatte. Die Farbe an der Badezimmertüre sieht echt verbesserungswürdig aus, das passt nicht mit dem Preis des Zimmers überein.

Персонал очень дружелюбный. Комнаты оборудованы с комфортом. В ванной пол с подогревом. Замечаний нет, единственное что, завтрак 14 евро с человека - это дорого!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden, das Essen in diesem Hause sehr gut, der Services sehr gut. Schade, wir hatten uns über einen 20% Gutschein gefreut für ein Ramada Hotel unserer Wahl,diesen Gutschein erhielten wir beide bei unserer Ankunft(22.12.12), aber beim durchlesen-dieser Gutscheine müssendiese Gutscheine bis zum 31.12.12. eingelöst werden. Freundliche Mitarbeiter Lage Sauna Waschbecken: der Wasserverschluss muss so eingebaut werden, damit das Wasser schnell abfliesst, und sich nicht im Waschbecken sammelt! Die Lüftung funktionert zu laut. Besonders unangenehm ist es am Morgen.
