The location, staff, cleanliness and facilities are great. A room safe, fridge free Internet are items that are missing. In all the hotels we have stayed at nearly all have a room safe and fridge and most ave free WiFi. These are a must in this day and age. Thanks

1.The location, 2. The welcoming attitude of the staff 3.The tasty gourmet dinner at the hotel restaurant. 1.The room furniture is spartan and basic. 2.The bathroom badly needs updating . 3.Poor breakfast buffet , is not worth the price! I've stayed in this Hotel several times before ( 7-10 years ago ) and had very good memories.Sadly I must point out that I was really disappointed from its current level.

Schwimmbad vorhanden, Zimmer sauber, großes Frühstücksbuffet Vier Sterne für das Hotel sind übertrieben. Die Mitarbeiter an der Bar kümmern sich teilweise fast gar nicht um den Gast und fragen gar nicht von alleine, ob man noch etwas trinken möchte. Die glauben echt, man käme auf sie zu...

Mir hat der Service, die Freundlichkeit und die Flexibilität beim Bestellen des Essens am Abend im Restaurant sehr gut gefallen. Unser Sohn ( 4 Jahre ) bekam sogar seine Bratwust, obwohl es diese auf der Karte nicht gab. Klasse !

Zimmer und Bett waren super und sauber. Das Preis - Leistungsverhältnis ist top. Leider kein Minikühlschrank im Zimmer, wobei das Zimmer wohl dann auch teurer wäre. Zimmer hat keine Klimatisierung und wir hatten das Business Zimmer. Dies war jetzt kein Problem, aber im Sommer bei entsprechenden Temperaturen stelle ich mir das unschön vor. Das Fenster muss nachts auf Grund des Straßenlärms nämlich besser geschlossen bleiben.

Zimmergröße und Ausstattung enspricht max. 3 Sterne, Preise in Restaurant und Bar entsprechen 5 Sterne Wucherpreise an der Hotelbar z.B. € 4,80 für eine halbe Bier, Frühstück € 14,--!!!
