Location is great! Just a few seconds away from the square. Very clean.

A bit too expensive... Breakfast not included and too expensive. The room had no a/c! And it happened to be a heat wave when we were there!

It was very close to the city center!

The price for a single and double room was the same! However the standard of the single room was lower than the double room. If I would have known I would have selected a double room instead of the single room! Is that the way to treat your customers?

Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast very good. Location very good.

Furnishings in room were very uncomfortable particularly the chair and bed. No good sleep for 2 out of 3 night. 3rd night exhausted. For an international chain there were no English speaking channels avalible on TV including all the pay channels.

Its location was ideal for our visit to the Christmas markets

I didn't like the atmosphere in the hotel although the room was decent I disliked the somewhat offsite "hotel bar",and I thought the breakfast prices were extortionate at €14 each so we dined out for breakfast however the hotel did try to charge us for 4 breakfasts each anyway
