Very clean, staff helpful, very convenient for the centre. I had a double room which contained everything I required but I found it too cramped. A small point but the complimentary bottle of water was empty. |

The hotel is well located in the interesting center of the Hanseatic City of Bremen. Checking out was a problem, as a proper invoice with my company's name on it was a difficult thing to achieve. |

Really central (actually, it has probably onte of the best position in town). Furniture a bit old (suppose it was a great hotel fifteen years ago). |

The staff was very helpful and always "sunny". The hotels location was great, near by shops and restaurants. There was no aircontition. |

On arrival we were gretted with pleasant smile. Service was impecable, room very clean and comfortable, breakfast was superb and location ideal for a short trip to the City of Bremen - highly recommended |

The Hotel was very convenient for the centre of Bremen. Very close to Cathedral etc. Also very clean. Good breakfast. The room was rather hot and the duvets were warm but no separate sheets available so had to take duvet out of cover during the night. |

The hotel is situated very central to more or less everything.We liked especially good the staff in the reception and in the breakfast room.Excellent staff!! The cleaing staff came to early in the morning and stressed us.Also the noice from the duster started early.(We missed ice maschine in the hall and a water boiler for tea/coffee in the room) |

Centrally placed, short distance to City centre & shopping streets. Excellent but expensive breakfast. Rooms were a bit boring, not really tempting to stay in the room more than needed. |

The hotel is located close to the city center, within walkingdistance to the riverbank, the Schnoor, all the restaurants and the shops. The hotell staff were very good and professional. When I ordered the room on the internet I could tick a box if I wanted a smoking room, when we arrived we learned that it was a smokefree hotel. This is OK, but it should have said so on the website. Also the beds were too hard. |
