Lichtenberg is not the most exciting neighbourhood of course.

Hotel used by plenty of coach firms of different nationalities and age groups Can be quite noisy in lobby area when full of kids. Ubahn quite a walk away (knew thisbefore travelling)but bus and trams run from end of next street.

Large and clean room. Very good value for money.

A little cold in the room, although heating was working. Hotel is far from city center and metro stations.

Every thing!! Clean .. 10 minutes walk to the nearest underground station ... nice staff ... not expensive ... good information about the city attractions for tourists ...Great menu and service ... Definitely I would stay in it if I visited Berlin again

Spacious rooms. Lot of facilities.

Remote from U-station. Did not provided the electric cattle and iron, mentioned in room facilities.

Slepped well

Probably the housekeeper stoled us some us some gift that we left in the bedroom. Far of the city centre and they make you pay for movies when you've really dont used it...

Excellent accomodation. Near to the tube station Friendly and willing to help staff. Excellent Price. Definitely coming back.

The room was excellent: confortable and very clean. The breakfast was amazing and varied. The staff was very friendly, inclusive let us leave our luggage after the check out.

The only thing less positive was the distance to the metro station, 15minutes walk!!

This hotel is clean, staff is friendly and all services are ok (incl. Free parking in front of the hotel).

I really dislike, that hotel charged from my debit card about 30 Euros more than was my reservation. I claimed this immediately I realise this discrepancy - just the next day I came home. But the communication with the hotel was not really convenient - it has been replied after six days and 2 reminders from my side.. Hotel just wrote to me, that mistake was made, without any apologise..

location - a bit too far away from the attractions, we got 2 single beds instead of 1 double

Clean, spacious room. Mineral water, juice,biscuits and apples provided as a treatment. Very nice people in the reception. Possibility to check out later then 10 A.M.

The location is really far from the center and from the U-Bahn. The hotel is located where the common map of the city ends :) Free access to internet is possible only in the lobby, in the room the charge is quite high, eur 9 per hour. Quite expensive breakfast - 12,50 eur P.P.

Very good value for money. Outstanding buffet breakfast which was discounted during our stay. Helpful, friendly staff. High standards of cleanliness.

It's a bit of a walk to the subway station but that's good exercise and the subway links you up to everrything else in Berlin.

We had a really pleasant stay at this hotel! Our room was quite big and very clean, and everything seemed to be quite new and well maintained. There was cleaning service every day and in the night you couldn't hear any noise from the other rooms. The breakfast room was comfortable and the food was very nice.

Berlin means of tranport are not very near to the hotel: 1.3 km to the nearest U-Bahn (underground) station. In the morning it wasn't a problem but in the night we found it a bit annoying.

I really loved breakfast, their are of a wide spectrum, there are many, many sorts of food to choose. Also the location of the hotel is not bad - it takes 20min to Alexander Platz with subway.

The stuff is really helpful,they tried to solve any problems of guests. Our room was pretty clean and spacious. The hotel is convinent for public transport on the one hand and located in quiet area on the other hand.

Clean, big and comfortable rooms. Kind and helpfully staff, reception open 24h, bar/caffé in the main hall, wifi (free only in the main hall, for a fee in the rooms)

Not exactly close to public transport stops, but still ok.

Room and bathroom were of very good size. The price was unbeatable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Also free wifi in the lobby.

It's a little far away from the nearest UBAHN station (about 10 minutes walking). It's not terribly far, but after a long day of walk in the city, it felt longer than it probably was.

Very good location - 10 minutes on foot to the nearest metro station and then approx. 15 minutes by metro to Alexanderplatz. 3 grocery stores near hotel. Also the hotel is located near complex of STASI (former secret communist police) offices where is located a superb museum with very interesting exposition about STASI.

Lack of air condition.

The staff were unhelpful and not accommodating. The room was haunted and people were so loud during the whole night and very early in the morning. Will not stay here again

The hotel was excellent value for money. The breakfast was great and on arrival was only 6.50 euros, not 12.50. The room was very spacious and clean. The U-bahn station is fairly close , just a 15 minute walk and gets you to the city centre in 15 mins.

The area in which the hotel was located was not great, the road from the u- bahn station to the hotel is quite long and we felt a bit wary walking doen there at night.

800m away from subway - good if you like walking
