We liked the location, the relaxed atmosphere, the friendliness and smiling attitude of the staff, the very comfortable room. It is also very well situated for our purposes. We shall certainly choose your hotel again on our next visit to Berlin. Breakfast is perhaps a bit expensive - the choice of dishes is very large,and the food is excellent, that's true, but since we are small eaters ... |

Close to an underground line that crosses all the others. There is a good supermarket just next door, opened till 22:00, but closed on sunday. |

the quiet location - decoration, service, and food disappointed that we could not pay the bill with euro travellers cheques as advised - also commision charges apply to chase euro travellers cheques. The gym/steam room was only available from 6pm to 11pm |

The hotel was well located, very central and easily accessible. Friendly staff. Breakfast very expensive. I would also not recommend it for business as the hotel was very inflexible with direct corporate invoicing. |

Hotel is centrally located, very modern and clean. Free internet in lobby very useful. Small room and bed. Breakfast very expensive (did not have it because of that). |

特にない 早朝から、水道が出ず歯磨き、洗面が出来ず困りました。チェックアウトの時にお詫びの言葉がありましたが、- こちらから電話するまで、特に連絡もなく不親切でした。道路に面して、早朝から路面電車の音がうるさかった- 。 |

Am besten gefiel mir die sehr zentrale Lage. Viele der Sehenswürdikeiten konnten zu Fuss erreicht werden. Es gab in der Nähe des Hotels gute Restaurants und Bars. Die unfreundliche Rezeption und das relativ kleine Zimmer. |

Zimmergröße ausreichend entsprechend dem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, sehr saubere und gute Einrichtung, mein nach hinten gelegenes Zimmer war auch bei geöffnetem Fenster sehr ruhig, gutes Frühstückbuffet Alles in Ordnung |
