I did not like the lift being out of order for the duration of the stay and being put on the 5th floor especially when part of the hotel was serviced by a lift,look at when the hotel was booked |

Breakfast was good , location was good , staff was ok , unfortunately elevator was not working for 3 days . the hotel have 2 parts , old and new and we were unhappy to receive the old part, and it was not mention in the web . |

We loved the omelets that we could order for breakfast and the cuppuccino machine. The young lady at reception wanted to charge us for our baby being in our room (which is free), then she told us no baby cots were available even though we had asked for one when making the booking. Her reply was that it wasn't taken into consideration as we had "requested" for one... we should have said that we "needed" one. After our protest she said she could borrow one from a sister hotel. |

We were treated with care, and even upgraded to a business class room. The accomidations were exactly what we needed for our short stay. |

The hotel was lovely, however we had booked a non business room and it did not have air conditioning and was in need of redecorating, however once we upgraded to the business room this was lovely. It seemed like the hotel had 2 sides to it, a plush side and a not very nice side. |
