- kawa, herbata, internet w pokoju - duze pokoje zamiast normalnego lozka, maja rozkladana sofe, mniejsze pokoje z normalnym lozkiem maja prysznic w postaci zaslonki i wspolnej podlogi z lazienka, wiec woda leje sie po calej lazience, - hotel zlokalizowany blisko targow i dworca glownego ale tez domow uciechy i dzielnic obcokrajowcow; - sniadania serwowane w malym pomieszczeniu i w czasie naszego pobytu byl zawsze problem z miejscem i ciagle brakowalo jakiegos jedzenia |

when i entered to the hotel, the heating system was broken and it took 4 hours to repair it. the room was cold and the w.c didn't have siphon.the hotel didnt seem to be 4 star |

i relly like it 4 min walk to train station,and not so far from zail shopping street....there was hot water and cooffe on hand and that was relly good for us..the main street of the hotel wish takes u to the main staion was relly good. but biside street where not that good |

It was very convenient as it was close to the financial district and the train station; it also allows free online connection; the hotel was clean and the breakfast, included, very good. The hotel made sure I was already paying an offer fee and therefore there would be no room for further flexibilities (like a late check-out, or cancelling my online booking if I wished, e.g.). The single room was claustrophobically small - I had to open my suitcase on the bed as there would be no room for it on the floor. The room overlooked an internal patio, with no views to the city. I requested a technician to fix the safe vault lock in the wardrobe who simply never showed up. Finally, the attitude of the staff made the 4 stars of the hotel look very over-rated for the price I paid. Given that it is a Ramada hotel, I was expecting a higher quality of standards in terms of service. |

Very central location very good quality/price balance (315€ for 4 nights for 2 people breakfast included) very good buffet breakfast free internet computers cheap mini bar Our room was on first floor on the street side: very noisy with people smoking on the pavement, delivery vans, street cleaning staff, restaurants around etc. The air extractor did not work in the bathroom. Only one French and two English spoken channels on tv. |

It was very clean and right near everything. We had the do not disturb sign on our door and that still did not keep the maid from trying to come in 4 TIMES!!! |

The location of the hotel is very good. Very close to the main station. The staff tried their best. There are two buildings. One was very good with fine rooms where I stayed previously. This stay there were only rooms available in the old building, which were not comfortable ,dirty and old. They should be also renovated. |

Close to city. Breakfast was OK. I did not like it at all. It was rundown and not very inviting. It was classified a 4* and cost 210€. However it was at best a 2* and very poor value. |

The room was one of their new business rooms so were fitted out well, nice design. The hotel is a short 8 minute walk to the main train station so getting to the airport was easy. Buffet breakfast was very good. Central and walkable to anything you would need to do or see in frankfurt. Airconditioning didn't work so room was warm the entire time. Also the hot water was not working and the hotel didnt realise they had a problem with it till I called in to tell them.It was eventually fixed several hours later. Too late for me as I had to catch a flight. The airconditioning however was never fixed. |

The location was great. It was so close to the Frankfurt HBF station and restaurants and bars it was perfect for a night in Frankfurt. The price for the room is just not equitable. The room is expensive, the use of internet in the room was expensive. |

I had a very small room without air condition. The size was not a problem as I stayed only for a couple of nights and did not use the room otherwise. Best things were good breakfast and the walking distance to the fairground. As I said the room was very small, but this is something I knew before. The missing air condition was more of a problem as it was almost too hot to sleep. |

I think that the breakfast was quite good We did not like at all the receptionist of Saturday morning. He did not want to keep our luggage until check-in time, so we had to visit the city with the luggage until 3pm. It was not good. His excuse was that he had no more tickets for the luggage, but there are many solutions if you want to help. They must think about it because we won't recommend this hotel. We were very disappointed. |
