We had the family room which was two adjoining rooms. Very spacious, clean, modern. We had two bathrooms. The bathroom was HUGE! With double sinks and even a complimentary dental kit (which came in handy for my 8 yr old who forgot his toothbrush.) Right next door to Rewe, which was great b/c we had a mini kitchenette with fridge. Secure parking. Comfortable beds. Amazing value!!

Hotel spotlessly clean. Staff very friendly. Food very good. Lack of Wi-Fi and Internet I found to be very frustrating. Could not book my flights from hotel, Wi-Fi and Internet was that bad.

Reasonable price Helpful attitude from the housekeeping staff. Front desk staff could learn how to smile. 25-30 minute walk to the main train station (or you could do a transfer via a bus)

Secure parking, easy to find location, friendly and very helpful staff. The free WiFi was limited to one hour per day. I believe ALL hotels should provide unlimited free WiFi to all rooms. It is the year 2012. Many small establishments provide unlimited free WiFi. For hotels, especially in Germany to continue to charge via hotspots is greedy and totally unacceptable. It is not customer friendly.
