International Chain Hotel! The hotel do not accept visa card. And you must pay by your card at the front desk! While, if anyone else wants to pay for you, it is impossible! And the hotel charged 3 times of my friend's 3 cards, then tell me, I should hold the card to be charged at the front desk! That's an awful experience! Finally, I have to ask our tour guide to pay for me, which I did not want to do!

Heerlijk gedineerd in het Tiffany restaurant met uitstekende bediening. Goed ontbijt. Gratis toegang tot Sachsentherme en dat is 2 minuten lopen van het hotel. Sachsentherme is zeer verouderd en een toe aan vernieuwing. Gunstige ligging bij een groot overdekt winkelcentrum. Jammer dat de jacuzzi niet werkte in het sportcentrum. Ook is deze niet gratis!

Nettes Personal am Empfang Die Zimmer sind zu nüchtern - ich bevorzuge gehobene Hotels mit moderner Desing-Ausstattung oder besonders klassischer Ausstattung im Landhausstil. Für diese Ausstattugn war der Preis zu hoch.

Ein komfortables und modernes Businesshotel mit engagiertem Personal. Das Zimmer war sauber und mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. Ausreichende Parkplätze (kostenlos!) sind bemerkenswert und die Nähe zum Paunsdorfcenter wie auch zur Sachsentherme können freie Zeiten überbrücken lassen. Von der Autobahn ist man in wenigen Augenblicken in seinem Bett :-) Die Fitness- und Saunaabteilung war umbaubedingt nicht in vollem Umfang nutzbar. Und das Frühstück war etwas zu teuer für das dargebotene Angebot. Aber trotz allem, es war genügend da.

A l'extérieur de la ville mais facile d'accès en provenance du nord de la ville. Grand stationnement gratuit. Service internet gratuit avec imprimante dans le lobby. Excellent petit déjeuner dans restaurant chaleureux

De kamer was goed, en de faciliteiten (sauna en steam bad) ook. In de nacht van zaterdag op zondag 2 oktober vond er een feest plaats in het hotel. Het lawaai van het feest was in onze kamer te horen waardoor ik niet kon slapen.

Die Zimmermädchen waren alle freundlich. Ansonsten würde ich das Hotel nicht weiter empfehlen. Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer für eine übernachtung gebucht.Bei der Ankunft teilte uns der Empfang mit, dass es nur noch ein Zimmer mit getrennten Betten gibt, dies hätte man uns vorher telefonisch mitteilen können! Sehr bedauerlich ist, dass wir unserem Hochzeitstag dort verbracht haben, Zimmer für ein 4 Sterne Hotel nicht sonderlich ausgestattet.Die Hotelbar hat keine Gemütlichkeit nicht ansprechend, viel zu hell und die Bedienung war nicht aufmerksam, Tische wurden nicht nach dem verlassen der Gäste abgeräumt. Frühstücksbuffet ging so! Mit den öffentlichen vom Hotel zum Zentrum zu fahren ohne lange Fußwege, Fehlanzeige!!! Noch ein Hinweis, trotz Navi bin ich zwei mal daran vorbei gefahren weil auch kein Hinweisschild für die Einfahrt zum Hotel vorhanden ist. Ich würde Sagen, ein typisches Messe Hotel und Busreisen

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Unser Hund bekam jeden Morgen frisches Waser zum Frühstückstisch!!! Das Frühstück ist die 15,- nicht wert, aufgebackene Brötchen schon am Samastagmorgen, nur 2 Sorten Scheibenkäse,aufgetaute Miniberliner und Donuts, Das Restaurant, was angeblich so empfehlenswert sein sollte, bot kein Gericht für Vegetarier, außer versalzenem Kartoffelgratin, das Hühnchen war zäh. Das Salatangebot war gut.

Personal sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit. Kleines Fenster, kleines Zimmer/Bad. WC für lange Menschen ungeeignet, da kaum Beinfreiheit zu Wand. Geruch im Bad bzw. Wasser (Waschtisch) unangenehm (evtl. durch Putzmittel, Chlor ?). Frühstück zu teuer.
