Easy access to most touristist attractions. Good service. I stayed in a double room. The bed was very bad. I couldn't sleep the whole night. Very bad experiance.

This was my second stay at 'Parkhotel Rugen', last year it was for just one night, this time it was for three nights, and I am already planning on going back. For the cost I can not fault the hotel, the rooms A+, the food A+ (breakfast is a few good buffet, and they also offer a evening meal buffet for €15). The are staff always helpful and friendly. I am going back.

Wir hatten ein ruhiges Zimmer reserviert, leider wurde diesem Wunsch nicht entsprochen und wir mussten uns bis 1Uhr nachts mit dem Krach aus der freitäglichen Disko beschäftigen. Ein Ersatzzimmer konnte uns nicht zur Verfügung gestellt werden, da das Hotel ausgebucht war, bzw. Ebenfalls vom Krach betroffen war oder aber extrem nach Rauch stank!

Gode senge, venligt personale, meget fin morgenmad. Vi valgte et comfort værelse, bl.A. Ud fra billedet, hvor der er en sofa- afdeling. Vi fik tildelt et værelse, der så nøjagtigt ud som booking.com's billede af det billigere standard dobbeltværelse, (uden sofa-afd.). Vi klagede I receptionen, men fik at vide at det var et comfort- værelse vi havde fået. Vi betalte, men klagede skriftligt efter hjemkomsten. De svarede, at billedet på booking.com er er en fejl, og at vores, af udseende, standard værelse var et comfort værelse, fordi det lå roligt. Hmmm... Falsk reklame, kalder vi det. De valgte da også at kompensere med det halve af prisforskellen. Så må vi se om de får skiftet billedet ud, så ikke andre kommer ud for samme skuffelse, når de ser deres værelse.

Store lyse værelser, pænt, rent, god komfort. Personalet høfligt og hjælpsomme. Stor, flot morgenbuffet. God beliggenhed centralt på Rügen, fredeligt og roligt om natten. Parkhotel Rügen er vores foretrukne hotel på Rügen.

Relaxe sfeer Het had fijn geweest als er een zwembad was geweest. De wellness behandelingen bleken bij aankomst al volledig volgeboekt voor alle dagen tijdens ons verblijf. Jammer! De verwachting was een hotel in het bruisende hart van het eiland geboekt te hebben. De bruisende hart was echter niet de plaats Bergen, had achteraf liever een hotel in Binz uitgezocht.

Vi syntes man fik valuta for pengene. Morgenbuffet'en var virkelig god. Personalet imødekommende og venligt. Bergen ligger centralt på øen og derfor et godt udgangspunkt til de øvrige lokaliteter på øen Dørgrebene til værelserne er ikke for gæster med gigt eller lignende. Grebene med deres runde form kan være vanskelige at dreje rundt.

Hotel moderno, architettonicamente pregevole, fornito di ogni comodità.Ampio parcheggio gratuito. Wi-fi funzionante e gratuito.Ottima colazione. Relativa distanza dalle spiagge e dalle principali attrazioni dell'isola.

Zu wenig fuer ein 4-Sterne-Hotel auf Ruegen. Das Hotel punktet nur mit Naehe zu den kulturellen und Freizeitangeboten der Umgebung. Kann mir im Herbst und Winter oede Leere vorstellen, zumal Bergen keine schoene Stadt ist und die stark befahrene Hauptkreuzung direkt neben dem Hotel wegen der fehlenden Ampeln fuer Fussgaenger mit Kindern Unfallschwerpunkt sein koennte.

Wie in so vielen anderen Hotels auch. Das sofortige Anspringen des Lüfters im Bad, wenn man das Licht einschaltet und dort Dinge tut, die ein Feuchtigkeits- und Geruchsabsaugung nicht erfordern. Das Licht und der Lüfter müssten extra schaltbar sein! Morgens müde nervt das Geräusch kollossal!
