Όλα τα μεγαλύτερα παιδιά ή ενήλικες χρεώνονται EUR 25,00 ανά νύχτα και ανά άτομο για επιπλέον κρεβάτια.
Η μέγιστη χωρητικότητα για επιπλέον κρεβάτια/βρεφικές κούνιες σε ένα δωμάτιο είναι 1 .
Κάθε επιπλέον κρεβάτι πρέπει να ζητηθεί και να γίνει επιβεβαίωση από το ξενοδοχείο.
Οι επιπρόσθετες παροχές δεν υπολογίζονται αυτόματα στο τελικό ποσό και πρέπει να πληρωθούν ξεχωριστά στο ξενοδοχείο.

Cleanliness of the room and the comfort of the bed. We were disappointed that we were not told that there were building works in the hotel and that there was no restaurant, despite the information on the Booking.com web-site. Breakfast was served in a small room in the sub-basement which was insufficient for the number of guests and where the staff appeared indifferent to the needs of guests. Drinks were served only in reception area. We were told of, and later shown, an apparently comfortable bar in the basement games room, but found later that this did not open for service. The reception area was far too small to double as a bar and so we were unable to obtain dinner or drinks in the hotel. It is a matter very much to be regretted that these deficiencies were not reflected in the price. Had our German been better we would have negotiated a reduction. Some of the reception staff seemed impatient and dismissive. Staff were at their most pleasant when we were leaving; we felt like intruders in a private members club. |

staff was friendly and helpful. the room was clean and well appointed. the location was better than expected, the rear exit was only a block from the central pedestrian district. the adjacent parking garage was convenient and had an elevator to the hotel. |

The night receptionist is horrible. When we come for the first time, she does not even say hello or smile to us. We suppose to stay in a room in the middle of coridor but without explanation she put us in another room on the corner. Very, very unfriendly. The hotel is actually very nice, but the attitude of the receptionist destroy the reputation. We meet some guests in the hotel, they also complain about the receptionist. |

Nous avons apprécié la propreté de la chambre et de la salle de bains, ainsi que la bouteille d'eau et les cocktails offerts. Le prix de la chambre et surtout de la suite est beaucoup trop élevé par rapport au peu de prestations qu'offre cet hôtel ! |

nichts Unfreundlichkeit des Personals. Hohe Gebühren für Hunde erworben 20 Euros pro Tag noch nicht erlebt. bad nicht perfekt sauber. Hohe Telefon kosten für ein Hotel mit DSL Anschluss. Im Vergleich zu anderen Hotel nicht Trier nichts empfehlenswert. Frühstück für kleine Kinder nicht kostenfrei |

Prima hotel, middenin het centrum van Trier. Vlakbij het hotel veel bakkers waar je lekker en goedkoop kunt ontbijten. (Zie hieronder) Er is een grote verbouwing aan de gang die tot eind februari 2010 zal duren. Duur ontbijt (€ 15,- P.P. op 'noodlocatie' in de kelder) |
