staff was friendly and helpful. the room was clean and well appointed. the location was better than expected, the rear exit was only a block from the central pedestrian district. the adjacent parking garage was convenient and had an elevator to the hotel. |

The night receptionist is horrible. When we come for the first time, she does not even say hello or smile to us. We suppose to stay in a room in the middle of coridor but without explanation she put us in another room on the corner. Very, very unfriendly. The hotel is actually very nice, but the attitude of the receptionist destroy the reputation. We meet some guests in the hotel, they also complain about the receptionist. |

easy access to most important places, comfortable spacious parking facilities availability will go back again in the future. We ate breakfast in the many nice bars close by better deal and more variety. |

Die Lage ist klasse, die Mitarbeiter genau so.Bei der Ankunft gab es sogar für die dortige Bar einen Getränkegutschein. Zimmer sieht gut aus und sauber.Das Frühstück ist Hammer!!! Alles was man sich wüscht gibt es auf diesem Frühstücksbuffet. Das Bett! Viel su weiche Matratzen.Sobald sich der Partner bewegt, bewegt man sich mit ( ganz schön nervig:-) ) |

vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, vlotte bediening tijdens diner. uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet, m.n. verse fruitsalade was top.prima locatie, centrum met bezienswaardigheden begint om de hoek! geen parkeerproblemen als je met de auto komt. Goede regendouche. we hadden een kamer met tussendeur waardoor toch enige last van geluidshinder. op het oog netjes maar de vloerbedekking was duidelijk niet goed schoongemaakt. |
