The staff were excellent, the service was excellent and the rooms were gorgeous. Definitely more then I expected from the place.

My money was barred on my card which caused me some problems while I waited for Lloyds to organise it.

Good location and helpful staff

Small room

Hotel was very well located near shopping and good restaurants. Downstairs was really nice, rooms were nice size.

If you are a non smker be sure to insist on non smoking floor as they are not nice otherwise. Was only one lift going so was for ever waiting for lift or taking stairs.

The breakfast was ok

The wash rooms was horrible.Even after requesting for a cleanup it was not done.

Excellent location during German rally event. Friendly stall and evrything worked well.

Rate was quite expencive

An excellent hotel well located in Trier city centre and within walking distance of all the sites. It had good secure facilities but at a price (9€ per day). We managed to obtain a good special summer rate which made our stay good value for money.

The bathrooms were a bit dated and dull in terms of style (1970's style green bathroom suite and tiling in a hotel built in 1995). Breakfast was noisy as there was building going on in the hotel grounds.

Location within easy reach of City. Good sized room.

Etwas renovierungsbedürftig

Het hotel lag op een uitstekende locatie echt op loopafstand van het gezellige centrum.

Alleen was er een min puntje, de kamer was echt niet gepoest, maar ook de rest van het hotel was echt niet schoon.

Die Schlichtheit der Einrichtung (aber alles hat funktioniert) und Effizienz der Rezeption

Mir hat vor allen Dingen am Pentahotel gefallen, daß alle Sehenswürdigkeiten bequem fußläufig zu erreichen waren.

Ich fand die Lage des Zimmers nicht besonders schön. Der Blick nach draußen fiel auf die Einfahrt und die Geräusche des Straßenverkehrs waren teilweise recht störend.

Lage, Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Mein Bruder war zur gleichen Zeit mit ders. Buchung dort. Allerdings mit zwei Personen, er hatte ein um Einiges größeres Zimmer zum gleichen Preis, und eben für 2, das hat mir missfallen. Wenn einer Person ein kleineres Zimmer zugeteilt wird, sollte sich das im Preis niederschlagen. Außerdem war die Parksituation nicht ganz ideal ( kleine Parkbuchten, Preisleistungsverhältnis ) - das Frühstück war in Relation zum Zimmerpreis und Angebot zu teuer.
