Cleanliness of the room and the comfort of the bed.

We were disappointed that we were not told that there were building works in the hotel and that there was no restaurant, despite the information on the Booking.com web-site. Breakfast was served in a small room in the sub-basement which was insufficient for the number of guests and where the staff appeared indifferent to the needs of guests. Drinks were served only in reception area. We were told of, and later shown, an apparently comfortable bar in the basement games room, but found later that this did not open for service. The reception area was far too small to double as a bar and so we were unable to obtain dinner or drinks in the hotel. It is a matter very much to be regretted that these deficiencies were not reflected in the price. Had our German been better we would have negotiated a reduction. Some of the reception staff seemed impatient and dismissive. Staff were at their most pleasant when we were leaving; we felt like intruders in a private members club.

staff was friendly and helpful. the room was clean and well appointed. the location was better than expected, the rear exit was only a block from the central pedestrian district. the adjacent parking garage was convenient and had an elevator to the hotel.

The night receptionist is horrible. When we come for the first time, she does not even say hello or smile to us. We suppose to stay in a room in the middle of coridor but without explanation she put us in another room on the corner. Very, very unfriendly. The hotel is actually very nice, but the attitude of the receptionist destroy the reputation. We meet some guests in the hotel, they also complain about the receptionist.

Nice location, no traffic noise. Clean, spacious and modern rooms. Big breakfast buffet. Hotel parking.

Good and clean hotel. Friendly staff and very helpfull. Very good location for going into the centre of the city. Nice parkingpossibilities if you travel with car.

heerlijke bedden

we gingen voor een design hotel volgens beschrijving maar dat was het totaak niet, ontbijten in een donkere knullige kelder waar het personeel om 10uur gewoon je tafel kwam afruimen terwijl je nog niet klaar was.

Er was een zeer uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet en op zondagmorgen hadden we zelfs een brunch tot 14 uur.

Toen we aankwamen vonden ze ons niet terug bij de reserveringen ondanks de reserveringsbevesting. ze hebben echter onmiddellijk een kamer voor ons geregeld. dit kan misschien wel een gevolg geweest zijn van de verbouwing van de benedenverdieping op het moment van ons verblijf.

Malgré les rénovations actuelles de la réception, les personnes du bar, devenu l'acceuil temporaire, sont vraiment charmantes, souriantes, efficaces et rapides. La chambre était extra, avec un grand lit King Size, ce qui n'est pas désagréable...
