Ramada Plaza Berlin City Centre Hotel & Suites  

I loved the staff...! They were sooooo helpful and gave good advice. It was near the "bahn" system so it was easy to travel. There was no need to drive around...! :) The hotel was beautiful and clean... Parking was awesome and cheap. Breakfast was awesome! Mannn that was some good food! I would definitely come back and stay there when I visit the Berlin area again! :)

Within walking distance to city centre and access to sights by tour bus. Room very spacious and appeared to be soundproofed. Cleaning staff kept room well maintained and were very friendly. Reception staff were very helpful.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Ramada Plaza. Apart from being in a convenient location for transport and even easy walking to most of the many places to visit, we felt that the hotel was of an extremely good standard. We had a great room, which was both comfortable and well- serviced and thoroughly enjoyed the variety of food on offer at breakfast. This added to a really enjoyable 3 day stay in Berlin. I would certainly consider visting both the hotel and Berlin again in the near future and have absolutely no hesitation to recommending it to anyone looking to book a trip to the city.

The room was clean and roomy. The beds were very comfortable for a good nights rest. Pet friendly

We chose the hotel for it had a nice pool and exercise facility. Unfortunitly no one under 18 can take advantage of them. traveling with kids we did not get the extras that we wanted. You also have to have extra per person per day to use them

Der var absolut intet at klage over. Alt I alt et fremragende hotel. Vi kommer helt sikkert igen senere på året.

kurze wege in die Stadt

La camera familiare è spaziosa, la zona è piacevole, la metrò è a 100 metri. A sole 3 fermate c'è la stazione dei treni Zoo di berlino che ci ha permesso di collegarci all'aeroporto più lontano (Shoenefeld) in 35 minuti. Personale gentile

Quantomeno la piscina e la sauna non sono dell'hotel, c'è una convenzione. Noi non ci siamo andati perchè alla rececption la signorina ci ha detto che i nostri figli, minorenni, non sono ammessi. Ha pure telefonato per verificare. Le regole sono regole e non mi piace pregare le persone, ancor meno all'estero. La piscina e la sauna erano stati per noi un motivo importante nella scelta dell'hotel. Questo non è un reclamo verso l'Hotel ma lo è verso Booking.com che non lo ha scritto nel sito.

Gute zentrumsnahe lage, Gerichte der Abendkarte sehr schmackhaft ( alles Bio )

Frühstücksbüffet eher schlicht, sehr viele Busreisende, da kann es durchaus passieren das man keinen Platz bekommt.

Ruhige Lage des Hotels, sehr angenehme Atmosphäre, sehr gute Ausstattung der Zimmer, Erholungspunkt nach einem stressigen Tag.

Das im Internet angezeigte Wellness Programm entsprach nicht der Tatsache, ein Sauna Aufenthalt war nur mit Schwierigkeiten möglich, dies wäre dem Gast besser zu vermitteln.

Hotel ligt net buiten het centrum, prima beloopbaar allemaal, metro vlak bij hotel voor de niet lopers. Hotel is rustig, koffiebar op kamer prima, overige voorzieningen zoals SPA niet getest. Zelfs nederlandse zender op tv en teletext.

Jammer dat er geen wifi op de kamer is, voor zo'n luxe hotel zou dit wel moeten!

Prix du petit déjeuner exhorbitant Accès à la piscine interdit aux moins de 18 ans ce qui n'était pas clairement indiqué sur le site au moment de réserver, c'est de la tromperie.
