The internet connection is very deficient. It was indicated at my booking the hotel would have internet WiFi conneciton and my connection was so bad that I asked to be changed to other room where the connection was better. Then the spa was not available . I asked informaiton about the spa access and the recptionist did not tell me that it needed to be booked for use. The hotel was full and I beleive that the hotel would have open the spa area independently to know if some of the guest wanted to use it or not, so I did not have any acess. at the end, I needed to work in my bedroom the last morning until 11.30 and the hotel reception called me twice to have me leaving the room by 11.00 !!!! it was the hotel policy and they did not be flexible

netheid van hotel. De ontvangst was goed. De kamer zag er goed uit. Schoon en netjes. alle voorzieningen waren aanwezig in de kamer. De kamer aan de straatzijde heeft in de ochtend wat last van het verkeer. Maar het is goed geisoleerd. Middag en avond geen last van verkeer.

Die Lage ist zentral zur Stadt, welches eine gewisse Lautstärke mit sich brachte. Leider konnten wir nicht wirklich viel Gutes erkennen, das Zimmer war renovierungsbedürftig und leider nicht sauber. Die Servicekraft beim Frühstück war total überfordert mit dem Bedienen der Gäste und dem Auffüllen der Speisen. Wenn ich Personal im Hotel gesehen hätte, könnte ich über den Service berichten.

Die Freundlichkeit des Personals, das sehr gute Abendessen am offenen Kamin und, dass das reichhaltige Frühstück im Übernachtungspreis inbegriffen war Für hungrig ankommende Gäste war es um 13.45 Uhr nicht möglich, ein Mittagessen zu bestellen (letzte Bestellmöglichkeit: 13.30 Uhr). Das morgendliche Duschen war unbefriedigend: Duschtasse zu klein, Plastikvorhang, zu wenig Wasserdruck
