Besonders hat uns der Service gefallen. Da es möglich war, mussten wir erst 2 Stunden später das Hotel verlassen, da wir erst um 20 Uhr per Bahn unsere Rückreise antreten konnten. Das Gepäck wurde für uns aufbewahrt. Prima Serv ice! Nach einer langen Museumsnacht, war auch nach 22 Uhr noch ein Imbiss möglich, ohne sich bedrängt zu fühlen! Das Einzige, was uns auffiel, was vielleicht in einem 4-Sterne Hotel nicht üblich ist, wäre der Duschvorhang im Bad. Eine kleine Duchabtrennung wäre auf jeden Fall hygenischer. |

Das Personal und ist sehr verbindlich und freundlich und insbesondere für Ortsfremde sehr hilfreich. Dies gilt für alle Bereiche (Rezeption, Bar, Restaurant etc. Die Küche ist zwar vielseitig und gut; weniger gut ist, dass an Tagen, an denen Brunch organisiert wird, die sehr intensiven Gerüche (insbesondere Fisch) das gesamte Haus durchströmen. |

De ligging van het hotel is uitstekend, het personeel is vriendelijk, de kamers zijn netjes en ruim, parkeergelegenheid voor auto, en het ontbijt is meer dan uitgebreid. |

Großzügiges helles, ruhiges Zimmer, Fenster konnten geöffnet werden. Sehr gutes Frühstück, guter Service. Wir würden das Hotel wieder nehmen. Bei der Ankunft war der Hinweis zur Parkgarage nicht deutlich genug, sodass wir zunächst im Parkverbot ausgeladen haben. |

bardzo wygodny, czysty pokój i łazienka, usytuowanie w centrum, przystępna cena,wygodny parking. 1. absolutnie nieprofesjonalne zachowanie kelnerki w restauracji.2. Fatalne danie (medalion z jarzynami) pełne tłuszczu, mącznej zasmażki i sosu - dla mnie prawdziwy szok! Ale to może to wina miejscowej kuchni bo niestety to nie pierwsze moje takie doświadczenie w Magdeburgu. |
