Friendly and helpfulf staff, good sized rooms and very clean. Sometimes difficult to find someone at reception as they may have been otherwise engaged in the dining area.

Het ontvangst, het ontbijt 2 persoonskamer, stonden 2 1-persoonsbedden. Als echtpaar is dat toch wat vreemd!

Ruime parkeergelegenheid, Hamelen makkelijk te bereiken. Receptie personeel niet echt vriendelijk, bij uitchecken kon er net aan een "goedemorgen" af. Kamers erg gehorig en voor een 3 sterren hotel wel aan een opfris beurt toe. Er werden totaal geen tips gegeven, terwijl ik redelijk lang bij de folders stond. Erg leuk een zwaluwnest bij je hotelraam , maar de vogelpoep op de vensterbank buiten zag er niet appetijtelijk uit.

Personnel très aimable. Très propre. Seule mauvais point, le lit de bébé n'avait pas de matelas, mais tout simplement une grande couette plié en quatre.

Es lag günstig zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig. Das Zimmer war nicht richtig sauber, es hingen überall Staubfäden von der Decke und es roch nicht frisch, eher muffig.

Betten ( Matratzen) waren sehr gut Rezeptionsmitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit Zimmerbezug erst ab 14.00 Uhr möglich! Restaurant erst abends geöffnet, kein Mittagessen möglich ! Rührei beim Frühstück war schon kalt ( zu große Menge vorbereitet)
