The size of the room, and location in the city. Breakfast room, tv channels, commons spaces, room keys. The absence of receptionists at night! |

People at the reception were kind. The room was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast is very good, including a wide offer and alternatives. The internet service given is not enough. There should be also a wi-fi connection and it should be free of charge for the guests. |

The hotel is close to public transport links, but far enough from the city centre to not be affected directly by it. |

About 5 - 7 minutes walk to Koeningstrasse and 4 minutes to Subway. Easy to reach the new ExhibitionCentre and Stuttgart Airport by Subway. Fine Breakfast included in price. WiFi Internet costs 8 EUR/day ! It should be free ! No security Box in the room. |

Zentrale Lage, sehr nette Mitarbeiter Am Freitag morgen wurden um 7.00 Uhr die Müllcontainer in der Straße geleert und es war ein Gefühl als ob eine halbe Stunde ein Lastwagen durchs Zimmer donnert.... |

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet! Das Hotelgebäude macht auch einen sehr sauberen und einladenden Eindruck! Der Nachtpförtner war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Rezeption war unfreundlich, unhöflich und machte den Eindruck als hätte sie keine Zeit und man wäre ihnen nur lässtig. Auch beim Umgang mit anderen Gästen konnte ich dieses Verhalten beobachten. |

Es war ein ganz neutraler Hotelaufenthalt, bei dem es weder etwas besonders positiv noch negativ hervorheben zu gibt. Vom Stadtzentrum Suttgart zu Fuß ca. zehn Minuten entfernt. |
