Location and staff. When we booked online they said they had a Sauna, when we got there there wasn't one, I felt like we were somewhat deceived as it was not as advertised.

Good staff and room included breakfast which was excellent. The carpets were very dirty and I wouldn't stay there again for that reason.

das personal war an der rezeption sehr freundlich. sauberkeit im zimmer gut. ich war im märz da und habe mit der dünnen decke so gefroren, dass ich mich in der nacht angezogen habe und wieder ins bett bin. die dusche müsste einen wasserschlauch zusätzlich haben, denn man kann nicht duschen, wenn man die haare nicht waschen will, da es nur einen riesengroßen duschkopf an der decke gibt. das ist ein großer mangel!!!

Medewerkers. Zowel van de receptie als van het ontbijtrestaurant. Rustige ligging. Dit is uitzonderlijk in Duisburg waar de Autobahn letterlijk door en onder de stad loopt.

Freundlicher Weise hat man uns imHotel Plaza untergebracht, da im Hotel Regent durch eine größere Gruppe die Ruhe nicht gewährleistet war. Fand ich super. Aus diesemGrund kann ich auch leider keine Bewertung für das Regent abgeben.

Lokatie, netheid. Afstandelijk personeel, soberheid kamers, veel trappen lopen (dus ongeschikt voor mensen die geen trappen kunnen lopen). In uw info over het hotel was hierover overigens niets te vinden.
