Hotel Regent

El bany de l'habitació era molt gran però desaprofitat. El gran mirall era força inútil per persones poc altes i massa allunyat, i també amb llum insuficient.

Hotel is very tidy. Very good braekfast. Spacious room. Quite central.

no aircondition. room was hot and could not open windows due to railway noise.

Staff's professionalism and kindness

I was hoping for more facilites, gym etc

The reception staff, internet availability, most waiting staff, onvenience for railway and town centre.

The barman on the night of Thurs 19th was rude and unwelcomimg. All other staff were super. The room was too hot for us, and unfortunately the loading noise at 3a.m. made keeping it open, not an option.

Proximity to Railway, shopping, restaurants, reception-foyer area were very appropriate for needs

Uncomfortable and unsatisfactory bathroom. located in noisy street that disturbed sleep.

one of the faucet is not working,but no one fix it ;air conditioner smoetimes is not working,

the locaton of the hotel is quite perfect, but the rooms were mostley the same standard there is no deference between the Standard double rooms and the twin rooms, they were so tight.

The Hotel Regent offered to us the comfortable time. The hotel staff response were suitable and kindly impression.

Better to change the elevator system. Because sometimes one-side didn't work, only waiting another one was finished work. Probably due to software efficiency. But for customer, not comfortable.

Location close to the main railway station. Still, no disturbance or noise from the trains was heard making this a great place for train travellers. Easily reachable by car, but one still has to pass a little through the restricted "Umwelt zone".

This is by no chance a hotel up to the 4-star level and not a recommended value. Considering this hotel being in Germany, three stars at most should be awarded. Hotel staff was pitifully indolent during breakfast. At the breakfast rush hour of 8 am there was not a single free seat to be found, yet a second dining room nearby was opened only after 20 minutes, when the rush was already gone. Cleanliness. Dropped chips were found under my bed. Garages were in the process of reconstruction, with some areas flooded with rain water. Nightly reception area smelled of cigarette fumes like a back street drinking parlour. Room furniture was fairly scratched over and appeared as if 30 years old.

Good location and very helpful and friendly staff, very close to Hauptbahnhof but good soundproof on windows which is necessary, does mean u cant have them open when sleeping thouch (as no aircon might be an issue depending on season)

This claimed to be 4 star hotel, its not, its maximum 2 stars when it comes to service and accommodations. Its clean etc, but if you are used to 4 star hotels do not expect the same levels here. Poor breakfast, poor elevators (&old), no aircon!! In 4 star!!, No safe in room, No Iron board, No tea and coffee in room, no permanent cleaning staff so if they missed cleaning your room sorry...

The rooms are large and the hotel staff are responsive to your needs!

The lifts are small and a pain to use...I used the stairs to come down from the 7th floor!

They are friendly and kind. Location is near S-line. Coffee is the best of my travel.

They do not have fans or airconditionars for heats. There are few restraunt so that you would eat dinner in the central of Ring.

The hotel was not great. It is rather expencive for such a small room and not very well cleaned bathroom. The location is good, but still too many unfriendly people.
