La facilitat per a arribar al centre de Munic i la situació a prop de l'estació central Els edredons del llit. Fan massa calor. A la meva dona i a mi ens agraden més el clàssic llençol i flaçada. |

A suite was given for a 'Triple Room', which was great. It wasn't hot at all with 4 huge windows in 1 room. Little noise. Huge bathroom, towels changed everyday. Great breakfast, huge selection, always refilled, it runs for 4 hours which is great. Reception staff could be more polite, but it's just the culture, so don't be too put off. |

Easy to access as it's nearly the main train station and good connection to airport, good breakfast, nice reception and reasonable price. It's noisy at night as it near the road. |

The location was very convenient I had a single room. It was very small. Not a 4 star rating. My friends that booked double rooms for only 15 euro more had much nicer rooms, |

It is not at all far from the station if legs are working, breakfast is well done, and in my case everything in the room was almost ok. But the one star single bed; it was unacceptable for this hotel. Trains were not heard much anyway by a light sleeper...Yes or No recommendation is difficult, however someone there must see the changes necessary.. When an otherwise good hotel (although not 4 stars, is it?!) is stuck with an internet deliverer that requires they ask 10€ per 1hour (in 24hrs), staff is also stuck with apologies to very many guests. The one star school dorm single bed was unacceptable for this hotel. |

the staff were always very helpful. breakfast hours were good and the choice of dishes excellent curtains thin , so that the room was not dark at night |

Excellent location at the Hauptbahnhof yet quiet. Starting to get just a bit seedy - needs some maintenance and refreshing (many burnt-out lightbulbs; carpet at elevators needs cleaning). |

The rooms were very spacious, plenty of room for bags and to move around, bathroom was very spacious as well and well kept. Extremely convenient to the main train station, and easy walking to the main part of town. Restaurants close by too. We enjoyed our stay. We opened windows first night, we were on the 7th floor, a bit of noise from street during night, but we closed windows after that |

Easy to get to the train, tram, or bus. Staff friendly and spoke English well. Close to city centre yet far enough away to not get the noise of the city centre Internet was extremely slow |
