Hotellet er særdeles centralt placeret: tæt på U-banen og S tog og iøvrigt i gå afstand til en række seværdigheder og indkøbsmuligheder i Muenchen (Stackhus,Marienplatz og viktualienmarkt. Ved næste bsøg i Mch. vil vi benytte Regent igen----- Auf Wiedersehen Mch. Næste gang vi bestiller et dobb. værelse vil vi gerne have en dobb. seng og IKKE som denne gang to enkelt senge der ikke kunne sættes sammen. PS! det ødelagde nu ikke det gode helhedsindtryk. |

Det er dejligt store værelser, hotellet ligger centralt i München lige over for hovedbanegården. Der er rent og roligt. Og så serveres der en dejlig morgenmad. Som hotellet er, synes jeg ikke der er noget at forbedre. Men havde der været plads, så kunne nogle hotelfaciliteter da godt være et plus. Det kunne være noget fitness, spa m.v. |

Meget venlig modtagelse og løbende god behandling.En enkelt medarbejder i receptionen var mindre imødekommende da han blev orienteret om kortskifte til anden bank i forhold til booking kort. Det var ikke hotellets skyld. intet at bemærke. |

Hotel position was excellent relative to the Main Train station. Staff were polite and unobstrusive. Fod was very good quality. It was sometimes difficult to be served at the bar as the bar manager also assisted in the restaurant taking orders.. |

The Internet was not available during our stay which was much of a problem for us, as we had chosen this hotel based on this criterion too. The staff did not seem to be in a hurry to fix it... |

In our bed there were mites. At the beginning we were thinking that the reason why all our bodies were broken out in a rash was the allergy. then we woke up in the night and saw that all the bed was crawling with insects. These things are not inadmissible for such hotel! We arrived back home from our trip with terrible memories and impressions. |

excellent location, good breakfast, soft and warm beds. it was not tea/coffee facilities as it was mentioned. the chairs and table in the room was so old fashioned and dirty. At least it needs rennovation. |

Rooms are large,very clean,good breakfast,well located to Central Station & Munich city area. The lifts are tight,bar & restaurant need a makeover. |

The staff were friendly and accomodating. The breakfast was very good and the service in the restaurant was great. Check in and check out was perfect. I would definately stay here again for the value. The beds were uncomfortable (mattress perhaps needs to be replaced). The rooms could have been cleaner (although they were in good shape) |

Hotel is in a good, central location and close to transport links, should you wish to go further afield. You can walk from the hotel to the main shops and places of interest.Staff are extremely helpful and willing to give advice. Excellent choice at the buffet breakfast. The lifts are too small for the number of guests using this hotel. The 'Italian' restaurant located in the hotel was over-priced for the standard of food served - restaurants nearby are far better value. |

Close to the central station and a quit room at the back of the hotel. Breakfast is ok with sufficient choice. Hotel claims to be 4-stars which is not the case. The rooms and the service are very basic, which might have been sufficient for a 3-star hotel. However, one will only be dissapointed when one expects a 4-star accomodation and one arrives in a 3-star hotel. |
