It was conviniently located to the center of Munich with good access The garage entrance was always blocked in the morning by loading/unloading trucks |

The size of the hotel, it was small and had atmosphere. The breakfast and the service around it was excellent. The rooms had an excellent standard for the price. It was also very convinient located close to Haupbahnhof. The elevators were to small and it was like in the underground you have to let sveral trains pass before you got one with space for you. I was very upset about the people in the reception. I have a story to tell but the space in this qustionniare is to small so please contact me and I will give the deatil of the arrogance and non customer focused behavour of the staff. |

The location of the hotel is excellent, very close to the centre of the town with convenient closed parking. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was very nice with a lot of choises. The furniture of the room should be renovated. |
