Hotel Regent    

The room space is OK.

The bathroom was quite old. The food were the same everyday.

Rooms need some refurbishing and renovation.

The location is great where you can reach all interesting areas in Munich by walking. You have always to choose place next to Munich Central Station this is what am doing evertime I travel to Munich.

The room was very poor. Very basic and looks very old. The breakfast was awful, not comfertable and smelly. The food was not tasty at all! Maybe this is the worst breakfast I had in Europe! I dont know how they allow for this in in what they are claiming a 4 stars hotel! Mentioning the stars, I cant give the hotel more than 2 stars. I have been in 3 stars hotel in Munich and it was much better.

Convenient location - near the main train station.

Very noisy - poor quality windows. Awful bed. Dirty bathroom. This hotel can compete only with Motel 6.

There is a nice location and its room is comfortable and new. The total of room fees is not expensive if you book more early.

Generally, the lack of restaurant and supermarkets is the main problem around this hotel.

the room was very cold (though I visited there in April) so I couldn't almost slept during 2nights..

I had a large and spaceoüs room. A good and plentiful breakfast board was supplied (self serving). The REGENT is in a very handy location close to the main railway station (Hauptbahnhof).

The room had a bare wooden floor. ! Carpeting would have been more in keeping with an hotel of this standard.

The location is close to the Central train station without being affected by the noise. The staff is kind and patient with providing information. Breakfast buffet is correct money value.

Elevators are too tight. A makeover should be done, a more contemporary image of the whole hotel is too be considered.

We arrived to check-in at 10am, and were given our room straight away - even if the official check in time is 2pm. Very nice! Large room and bathroom, with big bathtub. Varied breakfast.

Slightly soulless, so I would not pick it for romantic trip, but for a family or business trip a good choice.

The Hotel location 200 meters from the main Train Station and in the Heart of the city ( very easy to find ). The Breakfast is amazing. WiFi was fine in one room but sucks in another. There's a public computer in the reception area that you can use for free. The Hotel was quiet & the staff speak good English & were nice Except for one lady who was a bit aggressive.

The first Room I got had two separate Bathrooms, one with a toilet & the other with a shower??! That was weird !!! But they moved me to another one the next day with one Whole Bathroom. They say most 1 Bed rooms in the hotel are like this. The WiFi in the first room was very very slow.

It was very close to the citysightseeing bus tour and right in front on the public transportation.

The room was outdated, beds were stained, restroom was dirty , seating area needs to be replaced.

The toilet at room 127 did not reflect a 4 star hotel toilet, but rather more like a rundown hospital toilet. We asked for a room change and only got into a new room the following day. There werent any amenities in the hotel rooms. Not even basics like a kettle, showercap, lotions etc.

the hotel is located in the city and nearby train. convenient for travelling!

Room not cleaned! Unfortunately we cannot cancel my booking because our visa is not valid on the date we booked. Price is too expensive. Service is poor.

Excellent location for exploring the City.Highly recomended.

Bathroom was a little tired could have done with redecoration.

In a very poor state: unclean, in need of renovation (though renovated 2 years ago according to reception), poor breakfast for a 4 star, all in all a shabby and run-down place!

Perfect location, excellent breakfast, free internet!!

Bar downstairs was closed there was no moisturing cream in bathroom. On average the room was badly furnished . Furniture wad old . Not worth for the price

There are 3 lamps in the room and light's bright not enough for read a book.

No Resturant in the Evenings. Bar only open for a few hours Very Noisey unable to sleep due to Drunks, Drug Users, Ladies of the night yelling outside the hotel window. (Small bar across the road open all night) Car Park Charges over the top

Breakfast was very good and it's to the city center. Staff was good.

Hotel should be rated as 3-stars, there are no extra facilities you would expect in a 4-stars one. In need of modernization and the shower was dirty. We got two twin beds put together although I asked for a double bed in advance.
