The hotel is only 300 metres from Karlsplatz square and Kaufinger Straße with many shops and attractions including the Frauenkirche (church) and the Marienplatz (square) with its famous chimes.

The location of the hotel was good.

I don't think the standard of the hotel deserved a four star rating

Whereas it was previously arranged by e-mail that we can receive a lunch pocket instead of breakfast (we had to leave the hotel at 3 a.m.) they didn't provide it.

During breakfast I ordered a cap of espresso. I had been informed about additional payment for that. I said my room number to be charged but I have not got coffe (I was waiting for about 30 minuties). I am sure that was regarding with the particular man only.

lift too small, bar never open, frontdesk staff has poor knowledge of the city. beside liquid soap, nothing else in the bathroom.

Breakfast starts at 630 am which is good for people checking out. Breakfast was more than ample. Hotel is very good value for money

The breakfast was the only good thing

The people were exceptionally helpful. They spoke English extremely well which helped us. We speak German but sometimes having things explained in your native tongue is helpful.
