Kényelmes,tiszta volt a szoba.Jól felszerelt volt a fürdőszoba.Bőséges,izletes,bő választékú volt a büféreggeli.Többféle felvágott,sajt,dzsem,sütemény,gyümölcs.A lobby-ban teát és kávét lehetett inni egész nap. A háromágyas szobában a harmadik ágy nem volt elég kényelmes. |

The location was excellent for our short stay in Munich. The hotel allowed us to park our car from well before check in until after check out, which was excellent. Breakfast was excellent, lots of variety, but very busy The room was very hot overnight and it wasn't until the next morning that we realised the windows opened. |

Hotel was well situated near train station food outlets and shops, easy to find and parking was easy too. Hotel was old and run down, not air conditioned, restuarant was closed due to renovations. |

The room was spacious, the breakfast was very good, the location was central - within the walking distance to all attractions. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I will stay there again. TV was broken, no conditioning, very tiny elevator, one detergent for hands and hair, no facial tissues or lotions: strange for 4-star hotel. Although all of this was not very important to me. |

Not very far from downtown. Staff very helpful, mainly after an aweful start, due to the dirtyness of the room. Excellent breakfast The first room was dirty, with spider-webs flood in the bathroom and a terrible smell. The second was better, but no doubt an unespected frustration for a 4 star hotel. (which it does not deserve it) |

Location was good The restaurant and bar was shut until 15th July for renovations. We were not warned about this in advance, which was disappointing, so the hotel had zero facilities other than a bed, and failed on the value for money score as a result! |

It was very central and allowed easy access to airport and train station. The streets around were not too noisy at night. The mad scramble at breakfast time - too many people not enough room. |

Location very convenient to train station. Very nice buffet breakfast. Helpful front desk staff, spoke excellent English. Requested room for 3 persons but 3rd bed was a cot. No air conditioning might be a problem mid summer. Traffic noise because windows were open for air. Room picture in ad was much more upscale than room we received. |

The front desk staff was cordial The rooms were nasty dirty, stained carpet, shower flooded, breakfast tables had stained linens. No way would this place have even 3 stars in the US let alone 4. Horrible experieince will never stay there again. |

I got upgraded to a wonderful suite without asking or expecting this -- a great surprise and much appreciated! Made for a wonderful weekend in Munich for my wife and I. |

A suite was given for a 'Triple Room', which was great. It wasn't hot at all with 4 huge windows in 1 room. Little noise. Huge bathroom, towels changed everyday. Great breakfast, huge selection, always refilled, it runs for 4 hours which is great. Reception staff could be more polite, but it's just the culture, so don't be too put off. |
