A szálloda elhelyezkedése-mivel közel van a városközponthoz illetve főútvonalhoz-kiváló. Pályaudvar metró közel van.Viszonylag tágas mélygarázs, és a parkolásért nem számolnak fel külön díjat. A recepció udvarias segítőkész. A szálloda berendezése elég kopott. Reggelinél többször szólni kellett a pincérnek, hogy takarítsa le az asztal és hozzon tiszta edényeket. A reggelire kitett ételek és tiszta tányérok gyakran elfogytak és csak több vendég unszolására voltak hajlandóak feltölteni. Magyarországon ez a szálloda három csillagos kategóriának felel meg. |

Kényelmes,tiszta volt a szoba.Jól felszerelt volt a fürdőszoba.Bőséges,izletes,bő választékú volt a büféreggeli.Többféle felvágott,sajt,dzsem,sütemény,gyümölcs.A lobby-ban teát és kávét lehetett inni egész nap. A háromágyas szobában a harmadik ágy nem volt elég kényelmes. |

In our bed there were mites. At the beginning we were thinking that the reason why all our bodies were broken out in a rash was the allergy. then we woke up in the night and saw that all the bed was crawling with insects. These things are not inadmissible for such hotel! We arrived back home from our trip with terrible memories and impressions. |

excellent location, good breakfast, soft and warm beds. it was not tea/coffee facilities as it was mentioned. the chairs and table in the room was so old fashioned and dirty. At least it needs rennovation. |

Hotel is in a good, central location and close to transport links, should you wish to go further afield. You can walk from the hotel to the main shops and places of interest.Staff are extremely helpful and willing to give advice. Excellent choice at the buffet breakfast. The lifts are too small for the number of guests using this hotel. The 'Italian' restaurant located in the hotel was over-priced for the standard of food served - restaurants nearby are far better value. |

Close to the central station and a quit room at the back of the hotel. Breakfast is ok with sufficient choice. Hotel claims to be 4-stars which is not the case. The rooms and the service are very basic, which might have been sufficient for a 3-star hotel. However, one will only be dissapointed when one expects a 4-star accomodation and one arrives in a 3-star hotel. |

The hotel is near to Munich Hbf and Airport Bus stop.Spacious double room as contrary to small twin room, both with good private shower/toilet facilities .Very good and generous breakfast buffet to choose from. Overnight luggage storage not allowed. |

The breakfast was very good, The location is very nice, since we can get the Central station in some meters and the access to down town is already near. While all week there was not internet available. Nowadays this is a disaster for business. The room's cleaning was good, but the room looks like very old, There was a sofa outside and the room's wall was dirty. |

The hotel was very close to the rail station, making it convenient to get around the city, and the room was clean and "roomy". The breakfast that was included in the price of the room was very good, and the staff in the dining room were helpful. The hotel advertised Wifi, we were there 5 days and it was not working for the entire 5 days, we chose this hotel because of this feature, and had to go to an internet cafe to get work completed. When questioning the staff, we were told that management was off for the week and they didn't know why it wasn't working, but that it had been down the previous week as well. The water pressure in the shower in the AM was weak at best and the temperature of the water fluctuated, so that you had to keep adjusting the water. The room that we had was hot. It was snowing outside and we had to open the window to cool off the room, the heater was completely off, no one could explain why the room was so hot. |

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. However, we had a problem with ventilation in our room. We could not leave the window open at night because our room faced the rail station. We were promised a fan but did not receive it. The breakfast was excellent and the service great. |
