Acest hotel de 4 stele este la 100 de metri de Gara principală din München şi la 1 km de piaţa pietonală Stachus. Acesta oferă acces gratuit la Wi-Fi. Hotelul Regent oferă camere decorate individual, cu ferestre izolate fonic, TV prin satelit şi un minibar. Un mic dejun internaţional de tip bufet este servit zilnic în sala de mic dejun a Hotelului Regent. Café-barul oferă o gamă largă de gustări şi băuturi. Liniile de metrou, trenurile urbane, autobuzele şi tramvaiele oferă legături către toate părţile din Munchen de la Gara Hauptbahnhof, aflată la o plimbare de 5 minute de Regent. Theresienwiese, locaţia de desfăşurare a Oktoberfest este la o plimbare de 15 minute. Este nevoie de 25 minute pentru a ajunge la Centrul de expoziţii München Neue Messe, iar Aeroportul München este la 40 minute. Camerele Hotelului: 189, Lanţ hotelier: Hotusa.

We had room 709 which was a big suite, with a separate sitting room. The room was very comfortable with a large bathroom and a double shower. There was some traffic noise with the windows open. Breakfast was a good choice. Location was excellent, only 100 metres from Railway station, with buses, trams and trains within two minutes of the hotel. It would have been nice to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room for a 4* hotel. There was no restaurant facilities, only a breakfast room. The bar was only open Tuesday to Saturday 5.00 pm onwards. As there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room it meant that we were unable to have these drinks after breakfast.

Rooms are very spacious, very close to metro station, main train station and shopping street Some of the hotel's restaurnt staff were very aggressive and rude when dealing with guests and refuse to talk in english only speaking in german

Room were very spacious, only ten minutes walk to the main shopping street and the underground. recommended to the travelers with the train as it is two minutes from the central station Some of the restaurant's staff were very rude and tough. they did not take into account to provide in the breakfast a Halal meat for muslims all kinds of meat were pork

The breakfast that was included was very good. A wide selection of cereals and breads, hams and cheeses and a cooked option of sausage, and two types of eggs. The staff were always friendly and very helpful. A double bed should be one mattress and one cover. Just pushing two singles together and giving you an extra cover does not cut it. The elaborate zebra print bar is unique but watch out for the 500ml beers which will cost you €7. The rest of Munich is half the price.

Good location, good breakfast, big bathroom with two sinks and enough space to put staff (which is usually rare..) One of the main reasons I choose this hotel was Wi-Fi in rooms but it was so poor that I had to go down to reception to check my e-mails. No surfing in room for sure. Key card didn't work - so every time I wanted to enter my room I had to go back to reception so they can reprogramme it!? I was on the 7th floor, room at the end of hall so going back to reception each time is not something I want to pay for. Or imagine leaving the room forgetting something, want to go back and you can't - go to reception and then to the room. Frustrating. Room decoration kind of cold and poor, mostly due to neon lights (??!!) even in bed lamps. Not a 4 star hotel.

Very nice hotel - excellent location just across the railway station- friendly staff- rich buffet breakfast. Comfortable beds and pillows. Only thing: the heating was not working in our room and they did not fix it after we reported the problem. That was not pleasant at all. Also good value for money.

Good location, good breakfast This is not a 4-star hotel!it needs renovation to all its rooms. The room I stayed in, it was not the one I booked from the internet, I was very dissapointed! Pillows were very very flat (I didnt sleep well at night) and the room was small and with very old decoration.this room should not cost as a 4-star hotel room.

Staff were nice and had very good english. Nice breakfast. TV didn't work. Free wifi didn't work. Bed clothes were dirty. 3 stars maybe - definately not 4.

The hotel is right opposite the train station and convenient when travelling with a family of 6. We booked 3 twin rooms and they were adequate in size with a sofa and small table. There was a variety for the breakfast buffet but no variation after 3 days. The hotel was cleaned regularly with lots of clothes space. The hotel has 7 levels, but only levels 4,5&6 are for guests, the others are for businesses and level 7 is a bar/disco. This could pose a problem if you stayed there from Thursday to Sunday as the bar is open till 5.00am. The front lobby of the hotel is dedicated to Starbucks Coffee and the reception is on to one side. There is a lot of traffic coming and going from the hotel that are not guests and with children this was a safety concern for me. There is no tea & coffee facilities, but you could request a cup of hot water from Starbucks. We requested paytv, but this has been under repair for 2 weeks. This hotel is definitely geared for business purposes.

Close to the main train station and easy access to all sort of public transportation choices. Wifi is weak and slow. It works with IPad2 but my laptop and smart phone could not find the wifi signal. The two elevators are the smallest I've ever seen. Smaller than those I've seen in Tokyo.

Staff at reception is il-mannerd. They didnt own their mistakes and behave with customers like they are tierd of doing their jobs. Very much irresponsible. Im not gonna stay there for next time.

The breakfest was good. Room was pretty basic. Toilet/Shower was really bad. Paint was almost falling from the ceiling and bathroom door was swollen from bottom and painting was falling. And mainly the hole bathroom/shower was really disaopointing

The rooms have "homely touches" . Very nice furniture and clean interia . As in most hotels in Germany the Wi Fi doesnt work in your room , even when you get charged for it . Breakfast was quite stingy for a hotel of that category. Maybe the owner should go to Poland and see how four or five star hotels can feed you .
