The room is clean and has a large bathroom. The service is very good. They even can speak many languages, such as French, English. Also the breakfast buffet is very good. I like it.

The WiFi is not so good. We can't log in during night.

Very good location, just like 5 minutes walk from main train station. The high ceiling and heavy doors present a 4 stars hotel. The space of the room is huge, and breakfast and wifi included. Very good value.

It is close to the train station, so a very noisy environment.You can never open the window anyway. We came in a very hot spring, so I don't know how they solve Air conditioning and ventilation in summer.

Within walking distance to the station, and city centre. The room was okay but the hotel staff were not particularly welcoming.

The location is within easy walking distance of the Munich Central station.

The rooms are large. but rather shabby and the furnishings need updating. The rooms are not aircondtioned so you have to open the window to get air. The noise from the street and nearby station is disturbing. The Internet connection doesn't work except in the foyer. There is no cable TV service and we saw no evidence of room service. This hotel is not four-star although they charge four-star prices. We would not rate it more than two-star and would not choose to stay here again.

I was disappointed about double bad. it was terrible. there are no slippers. it was shame.

Helpful staff. Large rooms with plenty of space for luggage and people. Great breakfast. Near the station where tours met and in walking distance to restaurants and shopping.Highly recommend.

The location is very accessible, close to the u Bahn and train station and that in part made up for some of the deficiencies. Iron/board and converter plugs are available on request and a refundable deposit of 10 Euros each. Buffet breakfast is quite good.

The staff is not very helpful. They did not permit an inspection of the room prior to occupancy. Apparently not all rooms are non smoking. One has to specifically request it at the time of booking. This was not mentioned on the internet booking site. There was no coffee or hot water kettle in the room. The small fridge was smelly. The wifi was almost non existent on the 7th floor and none of the staff seemed to care. It was hard to get an extra blankets. There are no amenities such as pool, gym or a social area in the lobby. There was no flexibility to modify reservations.
