Very excellent staff`s especially the one in Reception, the lady was very kind. Ofcourse Mr.Lutz in Breakfast room was always serving us with big smile . I would definitely go there again |

The manager was able to converse in very good English. The breakfast room was very contemporary and the food was excellent; service was great. The wc was the smallest possible space to include all the amenities. One almost had to leave the wc to turn around; however it was all functional. |

Very nice desk staff with great suggestions on places to eat. Very nice bathrooms and a decent elevator. Great location across from the train station. Good wi-fi in the lobby area. Room itself was very basic - rather dorm-like. |

シングルで予約したが、ダブルの部屋を用意していてくれた。（もちろん予約時と同じ値段）。私の部屋は他の- 部屋より広く、部屋とトイレ・シャワールームの二部屋に暖房があり、暖かかった。フロントのお姉さんが英語- が上手で親切であった。駅の目の前にあり、夜遅い到着であったが、迷わずにたどり着けて良かった。 通りに面している部屋だったので、騒音が気になる人は気になるかも・・・という程度。実際は、静かで何も問- 題はなかった。 |

das es nur eine Übernachtung war! Badezimmer viel zu klein,Frühstücksraum ohne Fenster und viel zu klein ,musste eine halbe Std.warten bis mich das Personal zum Frühstück gerufen hat,Raum war wegen überfüllung geschlossen. |

Vi kom med tåget och tyckte läget i förhållande till tåget var perfekt. Att det dessutom låg väldigt nära stan med många affärer och kyrkor och sevärdheter var perfekt. Vi stördes inte av stora gatan utanför, förutom när ambulans och polis körde förbi tutande. Frukosten var varierad och riklig. Personalen var mycket tillmötesgående. Vi kommer att välja detta hotell även vid nästa besök i Würzburg nästa sommar. Fläkkten i badrummet borde vara bättre. På sikt kommer det att bli fuktskador/mögel i badrummet. Handddukarna torkade t.ex. inte under dagen efter morgonens dusch! |
