The service of the staff was fantastic, we needed tickets printed out and the girl was very helpful. I thought the hotel was very run down and needs refurbishment, we paid more here than other hotels and expected at least the same standard hotel, this was extremely smoky smelling and looked shabby on entry. |

I liked the front of house staff, they helped in every way possible, downtown location was good for Christmas markets We needed non smooking rooms which were a problem but the staff did all they could to help. The downtown location location can be a problem with night noise but this is not hotel fault. |

The location is great. The hotel is a short walk from the station. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the Ko and the old town. There are shops and places to eat near the hotel including a small supermarket only 100m down the street. The staff were friendly and effecient and always eager to help. The breakfast was excelleent offering cold meats, eggs , cereal, juice, etc. The price was a bit high I thought considering the room was small and basic. |

Close to Central Station. Good size room and bathroom. Free Internet. Very good Continental Breakfast. Lots of restaurants around. There were some drunk guests who made alot of noise late at night and management did not do anything about it. |

The staff were very friendly and very helpful. I asked for a quiet room and they gave me one at the back which was as far from other rooms as possible. I was very pleased with this. The breakfast was very good and was available for several hours, which was very flexible. I 'm not sure if it was anyone's fault exactly, but the web site wasn't clear about the parking. I was under the impression that the hotel had its own parking, which had to be paid for. In reality, the parking wasn't anything to do with the hotel, though the price was the same. Perhaps their information ought to specify that there was a Parkhaus nearby, independent of the hotel. |
